Improved system for changing equipment in battle

To people complaining that 1min is too short and this should be at least 5min : remember that the garage sometimes takes much longer to load (personal record: 5 minutes!). So don't expect seeing new equipments every minute or so. And during loading time the players also lose opportunity to score, so this will act as a disincentive to change too often.

 

As a sidenote this is certainly a way for Tanki Online to push players into buying more equipment...

Actually, I care, because loved the strategy I would have to use to kill enemies, collect boxes, and keep people from the boxes all at once B)

It's just that I don't care as much as some because it doesn't really matter. But it was still nice :D

But there is the problem that people who have slow-loading garages will be putting their team at a HUGE disadvantage, even more now because there will be people changing more often.

There are a number of issues that arise from this new update I will list in order, mainly concerning changing equipment in battles.

 

1) One minute as stressed by countless others is too short of a timeframe for players to make changes to equipment, although it is entirely very convenient, players in DM/CTF/CP modes will be able to change to more favourable combinations to take gold boxes. However this is entirely dependant on the outlook of other tankers and as to what they're using at the time of changing. 

 

2) I fail to understand how the overpowered virtue of Hammer has been decreased, yet they have increased the number of pellets per shot! If eleven pellets per round weren't enough. Although this also contains a pro and con, in which reload time has increased.....(think about the micro-upgrades, this turret is still a very real threat...)

 

3) Smoky feels the same.......that's all I'm going to say.....

If you cannot  stay in long battles, go for small,15-30 min, battles

 

 

On another note, 1 min is too much, whenever they see a threat, it is easy to go change every single minute xD maybe 5-10 would be more reasonable

Crystals!

 

Oh crystals!,

They gave us the food of freedom.

they are sometimes valuable as a Gold Box!

Wow this was such a bad idea.I mean it's ok if you add it for parkour...but in normal battles???

 

There is going to be more time spent in garages then on the battlefield AND BY THAT FUNDS WILL BE LOWER,BUYERS WILL HAVE UPPER HAND ON NON BUYERS SINCE THEY HAVE FULL GARAGES,TEAMPLAY WILL DISRUPT AND I CAN GARANTEE YOU THAT A LOT PEOPLE WILL STOP PLAYING THE GAME IF THERE ARE THESE SILLY UPDATES.

 

if you are doing this to make people buy crystals i doubt it will work.They will rather stop playing then start buying.So just think about it ;)

I don't understand Tanki - This will produce mults in team battles. The old system with 15 minutes delay was good.

Also, it is better for Tanki to implement the new kick system (Player's moderation: Kick2), improving the anti-cheat system is not enough.

It is more important to protect the game from mults and hackers, but devs won't listen.

A person in the other team practically went through his/her entire garage during the game, but since he kept using Hornet, I kept destroying his/her tank in two shots. I got the first place in the winning team although I joined a while after the battle started. Actually, I think he/she tried a mammoth, but because I could run away easily from that and keep hitting it, he/she has to go back to Hornet. He/She should have had a Hunter. :)

 

At your medium rank, you should not care much about others changing equipment if you are comfortable with yours. Maybe you need a couple of turrets in case someone has a serious paint against your favorite one, but this is life. Sometimes, I join a battle and I feel like I have M0. I just move on.
