The Jackhammer kit, Viking M3 and Hammer M3 with the paint Tiger, was recently back in the game. How good is the kit and how powerful is it? In a previous article I shared my opinion on 'Hammer', which can be found here. This issue, it's back again and let's see if it's still as awesome as it used to be!

Worth it or not?
 
How good is it? It's very good! Beside that fact that this gives you the ability to unlock stuff before you actually have reached the rank, it's very good equipment. With this combination you are able to battle Generalissimos as well. Hornet M2s are 1 shot = 1 kill with a double power and Vikings are just 2 shots. 
 
Let me give you a short report of a previous battle played with this kit. Note I can only prove the result and not how everything went, so it's up to you if you believe me or not. It was early in the morning, just woke up and felt like doing a battle. School started much later as usual, so I had a lot of time. Was looking through all battles of my own rank, but couldn't find something awesome. Then I saw a Bobruisk full of commanders and gisimos, and though 'let's test the kit against 'em'. I entered the battle.
 
I was driving through the enemy base and could take their flag and was trying to find a way back, I failed though I realised that if I used some supplies I could get a capture. Before I joined the enemy had already made 2 captures and there was just 12-13 minutes left. I said to myself, I joined to test the kit, so let's go for it. I pressed my nitro and found a double armor and faced a Freeze in the enemy base, though I could kill him. Took the flag and needed just a first aid to make the capture. That's the way it went, a nub brigadier who was able to own the high ranks due to this kit. The result of the battle says it all in my opinion...

So, the test succeeded and this kit is very good; with this kit you can face any of the high ranks from this rank. At the same point I realised another thing: if it's that successful against those high ranks, then it's going to be overpowered against your own rank. That last thing is actually the truth, sadly enough. In this rank you can play still against Third Lieutenants with M0 stuff. That means M3//M3 versus M1//M0: unfair! There is no way for these guys to play against a M3//M3 guy; they can either decide to run from them or to be a prey for the Jackhammer.

Tiger Paint

• Available from 'General'
• Price: 175 000 crystals
• Protection against:
  • Railgun 15%
  • Smoky 30%
  • Hammer 40%

From the moment they added some new paints I totally loved this one. Now I've finally got it and I'm really happy with it. Beside that it's a good protection paint against Hammer and it isn't that bad against Smoky either and just gives you that extra bit against Railgun. This paint seems to be useful for XP / BP too, if you have M2 Hornet for example.

Viking M3

• Available from Lieutenant General
• Price M0 + M1 + M2 + M3 is 315 400 crystals. You only pay for the M3 modification when buying the kit.

A great hull for actually any map, though you might have to change your tactics to be able to use it in every map. It's a good combination with Hammer and in my opinion a well chosen combination to put in a kit. It's a bit slow, though I'm a guy who loves speed...

Conclusion: It's far too over-powered for its rank. One awesome thing I figured out when writing this article is that you actually only pay for the M3 modification and not for the M0, M1 or M2. These kits are a great deal for anyone, as you are better off by skipping the M0, M1 and M2 modifications... To me this kit deserves a 10/10, it's an awesome combo and it makes playing (against gisimos) easy.

I defenitely enjoyed palying with it, I think it is an awesome kit and combination to play with. However I must say that I love the speed of wasp a lot as well!
