I was actually thinking about the same thing today. Sometimes I can kill a tank with one shot (as soon as it spawn), and sometimes no. I think it depends on MU's and also the place where you shot the enemy. Hulls have their well protected parts and weak parts. There is no other explanation for this (for me). That's just how I get it.
