Ideas for Missions!

We do not accept ideas for adding/increasing rewards, while simply replacing current rewards with stars isn't a good idea since some players don't bother with challenges and only want instant rewards in the form of crystals and supply refills.

Hello.

Again... I haven't found an Idea suggestion for Challenges.

But If you let me:

 

Current Challange = 1750 Stars / 70 Tier

 

It would be the same stars 1750.

But I don't like, when someone is finished with a Challenge,

has to wait for Weeks or even a Month to get another Challenge.

 

Soooo, my idea is, There should be a Reward after you finished The Challenge.

There are not too many players who likes to do Challenge, therefor I think we could give, some good rewards.

 

When you're done with the challenge, If you collect 1000 Stars you will receive another Container XT.

You can collect as many Container XT as you want.

But the needed stars for the Container XT are going up by 100 each time

1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400 1500, 1600... etc

 

So you are finished with the Challenge You collect another 1000 stars which means,

you are at 2750 stars, You will receive 1 Container XT.

Let me clear this up a bit.

 

1750 stars = 70 Tier Finished

2750 stars = 1 Container XT

3850 stars = 1 Container XT

5050 stars = 1 Container XT

6350 stars = 1 Container XT

7750 stars = 1 Container XT

9250 stars = 1 Container XT

10850 stars = 1 Container XT

and so on...

 

I think This would be a good opportunity for Tanki to make more players Buy the Battle pass,

and The players will stay for soooo much longer in Matchmaking battles :)

And for sure, this could be a lot of fun for a bunch of people :P

 

Edit: I forgot to mention These Container XT's are only available for Players who own the Battle Pass :)

That's a reason to buy Battle Pass and play more ;)

 

If I was a developer I'd do it this way :P

 

If someone wants Rewards, They will play ;) And who would not want Container XT?

I mean... You rather play for a few drugs or a good looking XT? haha

 

Decrease the rewards and bonus. I need container XT's  :wub:  :blush:

Me don't want XT skin.

Well. You have the choice to Complete stars after finishing the 70 Tier.

No one is forcing you to make stars after the Challenge xdd

It would give you Container XT, but If you don't want then you won't do it.

I have a GREAT new idea for missions!

 

As you know, a lot of missions have little or nothing to do with skill.  The "Complete X battles" mission for example, has as its sole purpose making you spend time in battles - whether you do anything or not.

 

The "earn X crystals" are similar.  You DO have to play - but the most important part is you have to stay to the end of the game to get credit - so again, a major factor is just spending time in the game

 

The "collect" double armor, repair boxes, etc, are really just sitting in a battle and pushing the right button or driving around to pick them up - so again, the main focus is time spent in the game.

 

So with that as background, I think we should add three NEW missions!

 

The first is "Wait more than the average time to get into a game".  We've all seen this:

But we never got points for it.  I propose that any time you have to wait more than the "average" waiting time, you get 10 crystals per extra second.  So in the case above, I would have received 1300 crystals.

 

In the same vein, when the system times out

you complete the "timeout" bonus mission and get 100,000 crystals!

 

And as anyone who has tried to play "Assault" knows, about 30% of the time, Tanki times out while you're "IN" the game - so let's make that a 100,000 crystal mission too!

 

If we're going to be burdened with missions that are nothing but "wait in the game" - shouldn't we be getting rewards for having to wait FOR the game to begin?

 

If we must have MatchMaker - why not some "mission" rewards for all the time wasted by MatchMaker's many flaws?

They should modify the Take one of the top three places in the winner's team mission by adding the option or the first place in the loser's team

Actually, I like better the idea of "top 3" regardless of team.

If the top 2 players are on the losing team, why should the second guy be penalized just because most of his teammates are putzes?

I you're NOT one of the top 3 players in the game, what sense does it make to reward you for your failure?

If you ARE one of the top three, what sense does it make to deny you a reward just because the rest of your team sucks?

Yes of course. With the current system you are forced to leave the losing team because there is nothing to fight for... it happens nearly every day that I'm in the top three of the loosing team, because I try my best to win, but it's useless because that f****ing mission does not proceed!

The only way to make that top 3 places missions suitable for everyone finishing in the top 3 places in any team is for developers to make the losing team take advantage of the mission's winning objective. That is to make this mission winnable, regardless on which team you are. It does not matter if you are on the losing team. What matters is that you manage to take any of the top 3 places to win that mission.

Take any of the top 3 places in any team

 

I have read and heard that there are so many players that are complaining on the forum about this annoying mission where you need to "take the top 3 places on the winning team". For that, I have decided to create a post that is only dedicated to that particular mission.

 

Developers are ignoring players who are complaining about that mission. There are so many players complaining in the "Ideas for Daily Missions" forum, and developers don't seem to care about those complaints. That's why I decided to write this post only for that particular mission.

 

To make this mission fair, developers must make this mission suitable to "take any of the top 3 places in any team". That is to make this mission winnable even if you are on the losing team. The only importance and goal of this mission is to take the "top 3 places".

This mission poses quite a problem for players in matchmaking battles that does not have any supplies to fight to victory against continuously drugging players on the winning team. Also, very low ranked and inexperienced players would not be able to win this mission. Players who starts to play Tanki Online for the first time, such as Recruits, would find this particular mission impossible to win.

 

This mission is perfect for taking one of the top 3 places, but bad for only the winning team. Like I said above, the only purpose of this mission is to finish any matchmaking battle in the top 3 places.

 

I have also read on the forum, due to complaints, that many players skip this mission because they cannot complete it, even if they manage to finish battles in the top 3 places.

 

For weekly missions where this mission appears makes things even tougher. Weekly missions where players get stuck on having to complete "take one of the top 3 places on the winning team in 15 battles" makes matters much worse. I have heard and read that there are many players who struggle to complete their weekly missions only because of this mission.

 

To solve the problem for daily and weekly missions, developers must only do one thing. That is to allow this mission to "count as a win when you take any of the top 3 places on any team". Either the winning or losing team will do.

I have created this post ONLY for the purpose of developers to improve this mission. Please DO NOT merge this post any any other posts, nor the "Ideas for Daily Missions" forum thread. Any new complaints made by players relating to this mission must go here.

 

Developers will soon act upon complaints made to this mission.

 

Please note that I am not suggesting or asking for any reward changes. I only request for an improvement to be made only for this mission.

If that was the case rewards would have to be reduced to compensate, to me its good having a mix of easy and hard missions.

Me too. I like easy, medium and hard mission. But, I suggest that this missions was made winnable even if you are on the losing team. Perhaps, developers could add a unique reward or objective to this mission if you win on the winning team.

You can simply change the mission and then continue your day, but I think you’re right at the second point.... so developers need to think about it

The daily mission is bearable, the weekly is too hard.

I feel it is easier to get to the top 3 on a losing team. How about giving a top 5 overall mission, or making the losing team have only 2 slots for top 2.

I know that having this mission as a weekly mission is too hard. That's why developers must do something about it. Many players cannot even compete this mission in 1 week, so developers must do something to make this mission more pleasing and easier for players.

This mission looked like it was clearly meant to be challenging and the most time-consuming.

 

To keep with that, the best solution for both the players and devs' best interests would be to for it to place in the Top 2 of either team. That way, 4 people are eligible for the point, instead of the current 3.

 

Moreover, as the number on the winning team has been dropped to 2, competition will be more fierce. On the losing team, you now don't have to worry about your team winning anymore, and it's 2 spots to get.
