-_- You clearly have little knowledge about PC's then. Even a 400$ PC can run it lag free. Go on youtube and you'll find out.

For everyone else, I'll try my best to pitch in a little extra and go for that i5. However, this one will run tanki with 60 FPS with all graphics :D

The i3 is a good cpu, but it's more for business! Game play i5 minimum. Try to pitch in some more $$$!

Don't get a HDD for your operating system.

A 256GB SSD will make your PC so much faster overall.

I also wouldn't get a Micro-ATX motherboard; they are less future proof in terms of upgradability.

The motherboard is the heart of your PC; everything is built around the motherboard.

GTA V is playable at 55,5 on the 750Ti; but you'd need to adjust your game-graphics for that.

Still, the PC version looks much better than the console version.

8GB RAM is good, the i3 is good aswell for gaming... although GTA V demands quite a bit of processing power.

My i5 struggles with rendering distant objects sometimes. But it's nothing like the instant-tree death in GTA San Andreas. :P

Good thing you got a desktop for gaming, they last longer than laptops and are cheaper graphic-wise.

And they look more professional. B)

GTX 960: 55FPS all settings.

Dips down to about 20 in grassy areas. You can choose to save up just a bit more to buy a beast or hurry and buy a noob card.

GTX 970 is betta than GTX 960 4GB tho

First of all, I searched for a topic where I could post my question, and tried stating the question in different ways but could not find one. If there is one, feel free to move this to that topic, jus inform me :)

Alright, so I'm finally getting a PC built. I don't need a laptop, I have a MacBook Pro and it does the job :D .

I have a 500$ Budget and this is what I've come up with.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JpHczy

If you don't want to open that, here are the specs.

- Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor

- ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

- G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

- GeForce GTX 750 Tl 2 GB Super Clocked

- EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

I'll also be getting a case with LED lighting and a Tera Byte hard drive. I was going for AMD at first, but then after going to a few shops, I found out it would heat up faster due to the temperatures in my country. I did see a review on youtube with these specs and it was running GTA V at an average of 55.4 FPS.

Please PM me with any suggestions or simply post below.

That build is not bad but it has some compatibility issues.

ASrock h97m motherboard has a front usb 3.0 port, but thermaltake cabinet has no front 3.0 header.

here is a better build for $500 and can play Gta V at medium to high settings and still get 45-55 fps.
