Some graphics talks, that might help. 

you need a nice quad core for the full graphics, but that's what my pc manages to do 

 

 

That's minimum graphics

 

1) In your garage

 

 

2) In game

 

 

---

 

..and max graphics

 

1) In you garage

 

 

2) In game

 

 

---

 

I usually play with something in between:

That's about half of the max graphics. My computer isn't the greatest and can't handle more than 30 FPS with that. Otherwise you can have the most realistic lighting, textures, terrain detail, track effects, fire animations, etc, but you need a nice quad core for that.

play just cause 2 and then play just cause 2 multiplayer and you will be shoked

gta samp is not so far greater then jc2 and jc2multiplayer
