valid Rank up exactly when you need to with a button

In some games the experience bar changes colour from blue/yellow to deep red as you progress, showing you how close you're to levelling up. There's no such thing as 'rank-up parties' on these games, though. It's only to motivate the player to play that little bit extra to level up.

Hello Tankers,
Have you ever spent so much time organizing a rank up party and then a disaster happens?!
oops, you rank up by accident.. well this is the idea to stop that and let player chose the exact time when he will rank.

 
So the idea was; when a player gets enough EXP to rank he does NOT rank up, instead he gets a "rank up Button" somewhere on his screen. And then the player could set everything up, get the rank up patty ready and just hit that Rank up Button when he wants to get the rank up effect and officially become a new rank.
 
 
The "Rank up Button Ability" can't really be used on every Rank, It can only be used on 3 different Ranks.
these Ranks are:-

1.Brigadier

2. Marshal 

3.  Legend

 

Advantages: 1. Improving your Garage before rushing into the next Rank!

2. Ranking up whenever you like!

Disadvantages: Players with good Garages can also use this Ability to their Advantage (M3 players in low-rank games).

However, it can be controlled by adding a limit of Experience Points a player can earn till he Auto-Rank.

A Timer maybe? well, I do not honestly know

You cant stay at a low rank with your fully upgraded kits forever. You would just make the modification update even worse. I have a wasp on a super low rank account that was fully upgraded from the old m1 to m2 and now somehow it is at mk6 and I can keep upgrading to mk7. And I have another account with a middle ish rank that had every single old m2 fully upgraded to m3 waiting to rank up to Marshall but now guess what? I don't have to wait for marshall because of this new weird update. See all the youtube noobs with their mk7 garbage in the low ranks?

Maybe there can be a rank lock which will prevent from you getting any xp incase you don't want to rank up because sometimes you can earn too much xp that you rank up too high making you weak for your rank and you can toggle back on which makes you start getting xp again. (I sometimes rank up too fast and too high when I'm trying to get crystals for a turret or a hull)

For the problem with mk7 in low rank battles it could be so that you cannot upgrade anything with rank lock if it is above the average mk on that rank and if you upgrade over the average mk rank lock is locked until you rank up into battles with higher mks. Oh and you gain the xp you have had with rank lock because there will be a timer for how long you can have it if you have reached the maximum mk you can have for your rank whilst having rank lock for example Torontoman (me) turned on rank lock because his gs on his fav combo is low so he saved up enough crystals and buys them to a higher mk but when I have rank lock on and lets say the average gs for major is 4.5k gs or mk5 - mk6 if i have 5k gs at that rank and then when I try to turn on rank lock it will be greyed out and it will say "You cannot turn on rank lock because your equipment is at a high gear score".
