When a DM is not a DM

I've seen far too many instances of "teams" in Deathmatch that share kills and do not attack each other. While this is a legal tactic (kill the other guy then we fight), to have two or more "cooperative" tanks in a deathmatch with less than 6 players puts the other tankers at a decided disadvantage. This has probably been talked "to death" but I just wanted to point out that it seems like it should be a breach of the rules. It is blatantly obvious when it occurs.

I guess I should be flattered to think they need to gang up on me rather than get waxed one at a time.

Oh you know, as long as tankers keep discouraging it like they keep encouraging the usage of the word "noob" than this shouldn't be a problem for much longer....

in small deathmatches, is the ruin of the game.

in large deathmatches like dusseldorf or desert teaming up with someone using your same combo is awesome and not game-ruining.

This^ Besides, I actually think that teaming up is more of a disadvantage than an advantage when you are skilled enough.

On this low rank people ask it in chat all the time during DM's, it's getting annoying.

Teaming up in DM's is fun, especially if you don't have any good paints that protect against your teammate

Large Deathmatch would make sense to have at least 1-2 teammates to assist you.

But

In a small Deathmatch.... Let's just say it won't be fair to the other players.....

I play them sometimes but like any other battle I play now, when i start to feel something aint right i just leave, no point wasting time and effort with any of it.

"

Deathmatch (DM) is the simplest Tanki Online game mode in terms of rules and basic tactics. In Deathmatch (DM) everyone plays for himself killing each other, trying to get maximum frags (kills). The more frags a tanker has at the end of the game, the more crystals he earns. That simple. Because Deathmatch has nothing to do with teamplay (unlike in TDM and CTF modes), the final score and the prize crystals depend only on your own playing skill and tactics.

Playing Deathmatches (DM) in Tanki Online is the safest way to earn crystals. "

"Some tankers use to form alliances in Deathmatches, but most of them are a waste of frags: they just narrow down the circle of targets and hence frags. Though alliances sometimes still make sense: if there's an ememy who's not claiming for victory in DM game and he's a thorn in your flesh, try to ally with him. That way you may get more frags. And yes, unlike TDM or CTF modes, forming alliances in Deathmatches is legal in Tanki Online."
