Tips to be a perfect guy, even for joining the Tanki Staff.

It doesn't happen always, but many times you get rejected to join the Tanki staff even though you are suitable for the application.

Actually, it's not always the application which matters, there are many paths to follow in order to join the hard working staff, and here, I explain you all the tips and tricks in order to become a spectacular helper. :)

•••••

1. Think before you apply: Just don't rush and fill the application, you must know a lot what you need to do in your future. Don't understand? Let me explain :)

a. First think deeply, do you think you would have enough time for this helper job? Would you be on the forum or on the game nearly everyday? Do you have any Peer/Crush or Family issues? If yes, then don't apply. Your life is something very important, and if you follow your life well, or do the right thing you would have enough time for this job.

Maybe you won't have much time for Tanki, but you still won't to apply for a Helper job. Simply, create a time table. A well and defined one. It should keep all the details like: How much time you will surf/play on your computer/internet. How much time for outdoor or indoor activites, studies as well as family meetings etc.

You can also take some elders help, like your elder brother. Follow your routine often and maybe all these issues such as Family or Peer problems can, actually will be solved. ;)

2. Maturity: If you hit this spot you are well in for your desired job. Be a developed kind of guy, be smart and

include good behaviour in your brains garage, if you know what I mean.

I don't only mean maturity, be practical. Get control of yourselves more, don't laugh on stupid things and be kind, don't argue much with your friends as well as your parents.

Know why am I saying these things? You might be thinking that I am being internally mad or something, since why would these tips make us a get more chances to become a mod? But the answer is, this will make your behaviour better. A mod must have good behaviour, must have respect to everyone. A mod should be practical too. Have you ever seen a chat mod laugh and say noob to a person?

No.

The same thing is for boasting, don't boast a lot in real life, if you do then this will cause you to boast on the internet which also means Tanki. And this way people would get a bad sign of attitude on you, ever seen a mod say this?

"Haha! I bought railgun m3! ahahah! me the best, omigosh, yeah. Got 100 goldboxes on 1 battle, ahahahhah"

Lol I think I said too much right now

3. "Patience is the means of matter":

Lol, I created this awkward quote by myself, it doesn't have a well defined meaning tho

So yeah, what I mean is that you must have good patience. If you get impatience you can get out of control, and impatience can cause you to lose yourself and start blawblawing anything. A Tanki Staff person needs patience, he or she doesn't rush every time (not talking about goldboxes  ).

You should wait when you fill your application, since admins would see a sign of impatience on your soul. Don't rush to receive a reply always,  .

4. Awareness: Be aware of Tanki, if you want to join Esports mods section then you must know its rules as well as many things about starladder series. For a forum or chat mod, the rules and other stuff about the forum and game must be in your brain. A consultant needs to know a lot too. :)

If you're not aware, then many problems would come to face you. Think, what if you are a chat mod and someone asks you a question and you stand still and can't answer? I bet 3 chickens you would quickly become offline to save yourself if that guy is your friend just to save your respect.

5. 'Leave the dogs alone':

So what do I mean? This tip is pretty much related to self control, and what I mean is that if anyone swears to you, don't take bad action by swearing back to him, simply control yourself and report him.

A mod must be controlled to his good soul, and always remain good no matter what. If someone is doing bad and not listening to anybody, give him punishment the right way, don't do the same with him what he or she was doing to everybody. This can lead to flame wars or profanity wars if you both do the same thing.

6. Love everyone, even your enemies: (Sorry, but this isn't a tip for you to become the perfect guy for the Staff role, it would just make you a better guy in real life)

We all are human beings, and there is no point of hating anyone depending on that guys doings, try to win back your enemies by love and peace as Gandhi said. Even I have PMed some of my enemies such as fighter506 (iBloodShot) by love and peace. I PMed him asking if we could become friends and he 'approved my request'.

And what else? We don't do those werid blahblahs to each other now.

7. Release Tension, if you have it:

You're mind must be free from 'tension molecules' since if you have these 'molecules', then don't try to join the Staff. IF you have Tension, and on the other side you have this Tankifull work to do, then this will make your brain full of Tension and Impatience.

And as my old saying is, "First comes Life, then the rest". This means you should think about your life more, release your tension or angriness, if you have lost a crush then forget her.  :P Which infact, isn't easy to do.

So yeah, if you are Tension or Angriness free, then you won't have any problems for the Staff role, you would have Patience and on the other side you will* be a mature and kind guy.

*May.

Thats all folks :)

6. Love everyone, even your enemies:

I am pretty sure no one likes the person (in Tanki) who is breaking the rules and whatnot. Will you still love him if he/she being your best friend (again in Tanki) steals your account and destroys your whole lives career. I guess no.

Nice

that's also in the bible but it says it a different way

Oh geez, anyways lets not discuss religious things now ;)

So why aren't you a mod?

My age :(

Impressive guide Golden :) +1 from me!

And yeah, like Sam said... why aren't you a Mod yet? Like a Chat Mod? You would be perfect for that job.

I know, but I don't have N1 for myself, I mean I don't have much time in life. The other thing is my age, which is yet 12 only :(
