I have an alt gorgoblesk99 with M1 Mammoth and M1 Titan. I will be able to buy M1 Shaft after reaching WO1 and I can also say that my combo will be OP at that rank.

 

I think that Viking Ricochet is a great combo for DM, CP or for PRO battles on Sandbox but Titan Shaft is much better in CTF and TDM because it can camp.

First a bunch of people need to spend tons of crystals buying and MUing Freeze, and THEN it can be nerfed unbuffed :ph34r:

You know, you always have a very positive outlook on the game, and tend to be calm when ppl are freaking out, which is good. That makes me laugh when little statements like this sneak out

get 50% freeze protection, get fully MUed mechanic and viola.

Yeah, let me just spend 5 million upgrading the module, drone and buying batteries. Totally worth it :lol:

I know what i said was stupid. but he's that clown who keeps telling people to get magnum modules... i should really change my nickname to "Satire" so people will get it.

with 35% protection against freeze , I still get wrecked by them quite easily , and in my mini account they only take a millisecond because i don't have freeze protection there , I surely think it should be nerfed , but not like it was before , it was quite weak indeed.

Very true. Now I almost always use freeze protection when a freeze is in the game, and when it attacks me I always end up checking whether I actually have the module equipped, since even with 45% the damage feels WAY too high. Although I can't say that freezes have been causing me that much trouble. Either I take them out from a distance or use a repair kit right after the fight, whereas using it while on fire usually makes the RK stop working due to afterburn.

Why Ricochet? It does not have unlimited fire (brick on spacebar) like Twins, critical like Smoky or OP splash like Thunder and Magnum. It can not even use peek-a-boo tactics like Railgun, Thunder, Shaft, Hammer or Smoky. High DPS is the only advantage of Ricochet.

Bruh, High DPS is not the only matter. Ricochet has the ricochet(bounce) effect. In Close/Tight Maps like Dusseldorf, Iran, etc. Just keep Shooting anywhere nd it gonna bounce off walls and hit a target because of its Auto-aim. Also, It has a high impact force. It shoots almost each second which is enough to push even mammoth, you can shoot with railgun, especially with Small tanks( they cant stay in position and it is difficult to aim). Also, In shaft sniping mode, You cant aim at it because of the impact force.

 

I hope now you understand why in the crazy weekend 40% of tankers take Ricochet and why Claudiu and many other YT channels recommend Ricochet for RTL.

I agree. Firebird should also be nerfed. Isida, Freeze, and Fire should be nerfed. Especially firebird. isida isn't TOO bad

Wow. Firebird can't compete.  My Fire M1 is the same as a Freeze M0 in damage (afterburn included)

I don't think Ricco is that unbalanced or you would see it more, which sometimes I go several games without seeing more than 1-2 in a game. Viking however is basically the go-to hull. Having the armor of a medium hull while speed close to hornet, Viking basically has little downside. I would suggest removing some HP from Viking and suddenly you might see more light hulls and hunter/dictators in battles

Actually, afterburn does not stop the RK from repairing. It will fully repair your tank despite taking burn-damage.

It is easy to dodge. The standard Ricochet needs a slight buff, and the alteration needs a nerf.

It probably does at your rank, but firebird M3 and M4 heats up the tank so much that activating RK is not enough to bring down the temperature.

freeze is not OP, actually it was underpowered earlier and now it is balanced, everyone is crying! 

pretty much all turrets are useless at 50% protection , but now freeze doesn't seem to care that much

for example , today a freeze hornet was standing near a gold box drop area , he waited until everyone was there and then he literally killed like 5 people and took the gold for himself , I don't see how that's balanced

have you ever played against a firebird ? using a RK when fighting one is literally a waste , the after burn is way too op as well

The firebird afterburn is only OP in M3/M4.  Right now I have a M1.8 and freeze m0/m1 can kill me.  I'm buying Avalanche Kit when I get to WO4.

the afterburn is OP when you get the M2 alteration , that's why it's a very powerful M2 turret

the most requested game balance as far as i know :


the weak brothers "striker" and "vulcan" = buff in dmg


the OP beast "maganum" = rotating speed nerf and dmg nerf


railgun = rotating speed acceleration buff for m0-m2 and min dmg buff (expect for the m4 idk)


thunder = splash dmg decrease and aiming power increase with a little dmg buff ( i hear people think that its need more reload and more dmg)


freeze = i think the old freeze was very very balance , but the freeze effect are weak so if they buffed the freeze effect  by 15% or 10% would make it a lot better than the current unbalanced ( yes unbalanced not good its op now)


fire: alt nerf only  ;)


i wish ninja or any other admin to pass our feedbacks so the game become a lot better im so sad for tanki now days  :( lags errors and server re-enter and long time to enter battles and players become less  :(.


i suggested this but no one listen .

i have just done a topic about vulcan buff and wishing the devs to listen to us and do what do we really really ask for and need in the game , 

 

now its time for "Railgun" i know the gun are good and yes its good but in all situations , the railgun very weak and very strong in the same time and this make it completely unbalanced  look at the max dmg its massive but look at the min dmg its a big joke its very low and bad this low min dmg destroyed xp and its fun ,

 

 

i suggest railgun min dmg buff so it kill light hulls by 2 shots 100% no luck .

I think you are mistaken by the way Railgun's damage works. The damage distribution follows the bell curve, meaning that most damage values will be around the middle of Railgun's damage range, while minimum and maximum values are very rare. I explained this in more detail in this post.

 

If you want, you could buy the M2 alteration for Railgun, which makes it so that you get stable medium damage every single time.
