since you can't do a partial shot it takes Hammer 3 shots to kill a Viking at M3.  With DA it takes 6 shots.

 

You can't use time to measure time-to-kill with weapons that have defined shots.

You need to work out how many shots it takes, then measure how long it takes turrets to do those shots.

for twins it takes double the time but for hammer it takes more than double, this is how i will measure

Even if says it, it doesn't mean it's true. It doesn't take more than 2 weeks to fix a bug that you fix in 30 seconds. 

I'm not in any place to assume any updates, but we should wait for the upcoming v-log then it might get fixed is what was on my mind, along with something new to the Pro battle section regarding the names..;p

Ah... extended drum has 5 shots max and then a long reload. Forgot about that.  I was mistaken and you were correct.

So Hammer is really an outlier.

 

Other turrets like freeze/Fire/isida and Ricco affected somewhat as well, but not as badly as Hammer.

 

All turrets with a "regular" reload just double the shots/time.

Twins users catch a lot of grief for the "brick will do the trick" notion, which isn't common for experienced Twins users. Blasting away with no hope of landing balls on opponents is tactically counterproductive.

You're basically saying it all comes down to; when or when not to lay the brick on the spacebar.

I agree with that.. that's the only skill they need.

If, and only if, they have the stable plasma alt. If not they need skill to avoid self damage.

Would it have killed you to mention the Drum-reload in one of your earlier posts?

 

When one doesn't use Hammer then one forgets it has that aspect... ;)

If striker was as OP as you say, then why does not many people play with it nor have protections against it?

 

Isidas self healing was removed because it made the turret vastly overpowered and not fun to play against, but it did get a huge damage buff.

 

Stop living in the past and start living in the present.

Strong weapons :

 

Fire

 

Freeze

King thunder

 

Hazels toy fagnum

 

Idk :

 

Shaft

 

Isida

 

Buff weak weapons to be decent and nerf strong guns to be decent , balanced weapons , skills-based gameplay ! Better game , better income revenue better projects !

 

But devs don't care for us I think , do they?

Nerf Twins impact force

 

There were already lots of 'Nerf Twins' topics but most of them were related to damage (I do not agree with nerfing Twins damage). I just looked at the wiki and I saw that Twins have almost as big impact force as Smoky (but they have 5* faster reload).

I suggest 25% impact force nerf for Twins to make it less annoying. Light hulls with Fire/Freeze would finally be able to rush against Twins and have a chance to win.

Balance... lol what balance. Firebird and freeze are so powerful that it's a joke. I use railgun and stay on the other side of a map so they can't touch me. All the other turrets (hammer, vulcan, ricochet and maybe even twins) are no match for those two.
