Striker has a very big learning curve, but it's extremely powerful once you get used to it. The last thing it needs is another buff.

exactly , another buff will just draw more attention towards it and people will eventually start using protections against it …

the way it is now is perfect , don't change it

I would like to see an alteration for isida to bring the vampire isida back :)

At what cost though.   The cost will be so high you will not want to pay it - unlike that ridiculous "mortar" alteration for Magnum.

 

I can see it now....

- Benefit ... 20% vamprisim

- Negative .... damage reduced by 50%

 

This is the way they do Isida alterations - none are worth buying.

Striker is really good. People who suck at it just aren't using it right. You aren't supposed to salvo on everything you see. It's legit a better version of a thunder when used properly. 

 

The problem is now because there are so many skilled and unskilled striker players, many people will be wearing 50% striker protection against the good striker players while unskilled striker players will suffer.

Buy any one of the new overpowered Striker alterations that are available.

Just right. There is an alt for close range (slow rockets), alt for killing heavies (octa salvo) and alt for killing mediums (single rocket salvo).

Buff. It does NOT need to be buffed.

Actually, it could use a vertical auto aim buff. But a slight one of course.

If there is a Striker on the opposing team, I will go into the garage and apply protection against it. Many times Striker had me in its aim, but usually my tank is too slow to take cover. With protection applied, I can survive one salvo, but one more rocket will take me out.

in fact , I RARELY see any striker protections , even when I play with legends , it surprises me how people just seem to forget striker ever existed , this is why I'm always on top of the DM leaderboard , usually also with a huge difference between me and the guy taking the second spot

 

I can provide evidence but it's on another computer ..

I've been using Striker recently, and pretty much like all the other posts in here, the last thing it needs is a buff. It's already OP, added to that the new alterations it has, no thank you...:L

Remote Rocket Explosives Alt for Striker needs a buff

 

For 200k crystals you can explode your rocket whenever. Thats it. There is no increased damage for the exploded rockets or and faster locking onto. Its a pretty pointless and very difficult alt to use and its super expensive. I think the blast radius for the manually exploded rockets needs to be doubled as does the damage done with them.

It comes with no (obvious :p ) downsides, doesn't it? So why should it give more damage?

Alterations are ment to change your playing style, not to make the tank overall stronger without any downside attached to it.

hmmm true... its still super expensive though and I don't ever see myself using it when there are other alts (way less expensive) that do way more for you

imho this alterations main use case is if you shot arcade shots mainly (single rockets), and if you like to ensure you do not miss that easy. You also get the chance to have your shot pass a wall and detonate the rocket right next to your target hiding behind that wall. It would also work great if you fire it above a group of tanks and detonate it a few meters above them, as the would not block the damage from each other.

Easy? No.

Cheap? No.

A nice alt? Definitely.

 

Anyways I guess that the balance will be tweaked after some while. The most cruicials balace mistakes are adapted already, still not perfect.. but they will go on balancing stuff. They always do.

Buff means up the damage, Nerf means decrease  :(
