IMO railgun is already fun and hard to master and no further tweaks are necessary for it. And it can't happen that only for xp/bp its power is reduced it has to be same everywhere. It's perfect as it is and due to the current beam its one of the toughest to master and let it be like that, won't be fun if all battle's are flooded with rails

Making it a one shot kill would just be a mobile version of Shaft with extremely fast reload. The Railgun is already powerful enough.

Shaft does not need a fast reload. It just needs to be more accurate, have the ability to manually zoom in and out and to destroy a tank using just one shot.

I know that it would not be fun if all battles were flooded with Railguns. The only tweak that "Railgun" needs is for it to be more accurate and more powerful.

Omg not this ijit again both railgun and shaft are the most powerful guns in the game if tanki makes rail any more powerful 2× like u said it could 1 shot mammoths railgun and is very accurate if u know how and when to aim like rocking your tank to shoot higher / lower drive backwards quickly to shoot lower drive forwards quickly to shoot higher .(ps don't listen to this ijit he once not long ago suggested a turret that shot like twins that launched rockets that could 1 shot m4 mammoth at m0)

Anyways It is pretty accurate thing is you need to know how to aim better get smoky and learn a bit of aiming first

Tune hulls and turrets! Make it so you can have dameage go up slightly then reload go down or range up and damage down ect. Same for hulls, speed/hp, turning/power. Would add a nice "personalized" touch to the game where mu upgrade update took that away. Also it could be used to suit someones style more. Though rail cant have enough damage to one shot its wasp counterpeice(m1 rail/m1 wasp, m2rail/m2wasp). Can have tunes TOO different from stock though or it will not even seem like the hull it is/turret it is. Example: tune vikiny so its exactly the same as hunter or hornet so its tje same speed as wasp. If you loom in a players profile then you can look at their tunes. Tuning coyld also JUST be for hulls with speed and power, like a car tune.

In my mind, railgun is one of the only really ballanced turrets right now. It does a varying amount of damage, which while high, has a long reload. Because of this, every shot counts, and it takes a large amount of skill. The difference in most turrets is damage amount and reload time- twins does a small amount of damage with a tiny reload, shaft does a massive amount of damage woth a decently long reload. I dont see why any changes would be made simply because it would either be another shaft or another thunder. The fact that it is "for professionals only" adds to its allure. Using the same gun with almost no skill involved cough cough twins cough cough, would make the game very boring. Railgun takes time to learn and makes the game more fun than just holding down the spacebar.

I know that it would not be fun if all battles were flooded with Railguns. The only tweak that "Railgun" needs is for it to be more accurate and more powerful.

Accuracy is up to you. With the right skill, it is extremely accurate.

There are three guns I believe are grossly overpowered. These guns are so over powered one who is three ranks below me can easily kill me. I have no defense against these guns in the hands of lower ranks, and this is why I call these guns “In house cheats”

 

On the top of my hit list is the Flame thrower. The m1 seems to have normal damage power, but the m2 is grossly overpowered. So much so that if a flame touches me for a mere one second, I will slowly cook to death. This overpowered gun can kill wreck three tanks at a time. A little major can easily kill me. I don‘t see how this is fair. Many of  a game has been ruined because of this “in house cheat“

 

Next on the list are the M2 Twins. These weapon are so overpowered that a Lt Col. Can pound the hell out of me and kill me in less than five seconds. There is no defense against this gun either. Funny thing though: I look at the stats in the garage, and the numbers don’t seem to reflect the power of this gun.

 

The hammer, too is overpowered,  with no mods, it starts at a whooping 76.7 for kill power. And then to make it worst, reload time before mod out is only 2.04 seconds. I don’t think this is fair. Overpowered and with a 2.04 second reload?! Ridiculous!

 

Some will make comment/suggestions that I think are dumb.

 

They might say: by a certain paints that will protect you from x gun. Really? Then I would be valuable to the other guns. And further more…. Who (except those who buy crystals) would be that rich?

 

Some might say buy a heavier tank. Again - also dumb. How many are rich enough to start from scratch with a new tank and still maintain the guns they own?!

 

Or someone might suggest buying one of these guns…..Again who would be rich enough to buy another gun from start from scratch?

 

These dumb comments will irritate me. Please pause and think before you post.

Yeah firebird is overpowered. I think the only way to beat it is to run circles around it with freeze. You could also shoot it with long range turrets, but when there are about 10 of them,I think it is hopeless. And like you said, unless you already have freeze or long range turrets and use them, then it can be expensive to buy new turrets and hulls and learn how to use them. This game is still fun though.

I don't know, I think they are quite catchy...  Better than naming them KV-2, type 105, T-34, etc.

And they do kind of reflect the character of the hull: Wasp and Hornet are fast and agile, Hunter is an effective camp/chase hull, Viking - tough, Dictator - proud leader, Titan - heavy and strong, Mammoth - huge. By the way "Titan" is named not after the moon, but after the race of Titans in the Greek mythology.

Ah the KV-2, you sir have fueled my love of Soviet WWll-era tanks.

I always thought the names were a bit bland, but better than just "flamethrower" or "laser".

I dont agree with most of that.

 

 

Firebird: VERY SHORT RANGE. Firebird can be easily spotted and taken out at a distance. You mentioned how its dumb to buy a new gun and start from scratch. Well, i got some news for you, its a TERRIBLE idea to only use ONE gun throughout the game. Same thing with hulls. This may not be YOUR situation, but many people have ALL the guns/hulls or at least have one for each range-type. If there are lots of firebirds, then get freeze or firebird your self. A smokey player would get reked if a firebird came, but twins can easily beat the firebird if it starts to soon enough. If you have that much of a problem with firebird, buy a paint. Whats better, lots of protection from easy turrets zero protection from hard turrets or zero protection from easy turrets and lots from hard.If i were you then id pick the second choice. There are so many solutions to your problem with firebird. M1 firebird is also VERY cheap so you dont need to go broke protecting yourself. You can use it for other things too, like the map Island. Only firebird works there. Fire+dictator seems to be great. Mamy+freeze is nice too. Dont need to move much, and most firebirds use wasp or hornet, so you can outrun them anyways.

 

 

Twins: Take advantage or there range(or lack of it) and impact force. If they are shooting twards their side then try to tip them or knock off their aim a bit. If their on the edge of somethin the shoot them then charge and hide while they are aiming again and push them off. COMMUNICATE with your teamates. Just ask if someone will help you take out a twins who is gaurding a flag or patroling somewhere.You could also just travel with someone else then flank the twinner when you fine one as he cant shoot both you at same time. Use same tatic of tipping them. Hit their corner with rail or thunder would help. Best if they are pointing towards thir corner and you hit it at an angle more to the side. Even use Shaft in arcade mode cause its got great impact force and it does not need warpuo time like rail does. Have one person with shaft and other with somthing with mid range and you will wrek them. Even just 2 people with Ricochet would work. Rico is versitile so you dont need to worry about dieing too often when using it(if your a decent tanker with it or good at xp/bp format)

 

Hammer: This can be a VERY underpowered gun if delt with properly. Count how shots they've taken, attack while they are realoading by shooting their corners. When they try shooting again they will knock off their aim(if they have a light hull), if they have a heavy/mediumi hull, then use a hull faster than theirs and shoot then from a distance. Dont use twins though(unless its high upgraded) as its range is not too far. Though it does have a range far enough to kill a hammer, the distance between hammer range and twins max range makes it tough to kill it withough takeing a bit of damage. Make sure you dont go into a dead end or you may die. If you fight then with someone else, then attack from each side and stay apart. The same thing applies when fighting firebird.

 

 

 

 

The point is, all the weapons are more or less balanced. Sure, some are better than others at specific ranks, but rank up again and the problem is gone. If you get reked by someone, then they may be using one of the

better turrets, you may suck, you may be outranked in general, they may just be a great player in general, or a combination or a few or all of these. There can be some tweaks here or there for certin items at specific ranks, but in my opinion the game is balanced and nothing seems to be extremly overpowerd, annoying yes, but not overpowered. If you go against 10 people with the same weapon then you'll lose anyways, short range or long range, it doesent matter.

hi,

 I want to have a request. Do a update tp the railgun make it more Exciting to use.the impact of this gun should be enough, able to Flip hornets and wasp .. the railgun M4 should only have the following feature.the chance of flippping should depend how accurate, in the middle the player shoot. This update will motivate players to play More as it will be fun and challenging to flip Hornets and wasps around. :)

They should really lower the prices. I don't know if it's just me but earning crystals is hard. It would be great if you could give me some tips on earning crystals faster. Some people have suggested doing daily quests, and I do them, but they often just give me power ups. So yeah, it would be nice if you could give me some tips and tricks on earning crystals.

A bit off topic but generally, the best way is just to change the missions, and use your mines, and powerups. Find maps where you can join the winning team.

 

Or of course you can just equip a dictator and memorize all gold box locations. It's hard though.
