tell me his name plz

Didn't screenshot it. I was going to but it was in the heat of battle and the score was close (it was in CP).

do remember that he was using M2 Freeze + M1 Viking with the Far North animated paint. With a GS like that, he would have to have had M3 Freeze, M2 Viking and great protection. I don't think I noticed a shot effect on his Freeze.

My best setup on this account results in a GS of 5,824.

I have never had such a high KD in ages.  :)  And this is M0 hornet mind you.

This tribute battle I made 5 consecutive kills with 5 consecutive shots -  one shot one kill. All 5 tanks I shot had railgun protection. I think I will buy hornet M3 this sale  :D

What?   what alt did you use

Of course the standard shell destabilisation. If anyone has the booster drone, try coupling it with hornet and railgun with death herald compulsator. A well timed activation of DD and overdrive will give you an effect similar to viking OD.

I'm glad someone knows the true power of "Death Herald" Compulsator.

Death herald compulsatir is pretty useless on any hull except hornet because of the abundant falcon modules. Its almost like railgun was made for hornet now.

I like Viking-Railgun more. Even though I randomly do XP/BP.

The hornet overdrive is an absolute joke. I'm using m4 hulls (with double armor) and I'm going down in one shot. I thought the whole point of the hornet overdrive was to see through wall, not to be one-shotting everything on the map. As if this game could get any worse. Garbage.

It was always meant to do that.

The ability to show the enemy's location was an adequate OD on its own imo, without this part.

Allows the entire team to see the health bars and location of enemy tanks. Additionally, your tank ignores all of your enemy's defenses, dealing them full damage.

This ability was explained way back in a vlog. I don't know what is so surprising about it. Plus any players complain that is weak.

They should remove either the ability to ignore protection modules or double armour. I don't know which one as the both are sometimes situational. It's just too powerful right now.

I bet they are the ones who only see it as "being able to see all enemies on the map" and nothing else.

I'm seeing Sledgehammer Thunders on Legacy Hornets just dismantling teams in Legend battles.

I was also complaining about it once I think. However Hornets are easy to kill and everyone knows that esp with OP turrets like twins and ricochet. It's not as powerful as say viking's or mammoth's overdrive.

Nope viking and mammoth ARE OP. I witnessed twins and ricochet noobs one shot me from the other end of the map with the overdrive. Also mammoth is invincible and faster than titan. So both are OP.

Game balance? Might as well call it Sledgehammer fest. Oh, and definitely don't forget Uranium!

The sad thing is that I don't see any Stock Strikers in Legend battles. They only use Uranium.

The majority of the Thunders up there use Sledgehammer.

More like this:

Firebird: compact tanks.

Hammer: dragons breath (low ranks), duplet (high ranks).

Twins: stable plasma or heavy plasma gun.

Ricochet: minus field stabilization.

Smoky: supercumulative rounds, incendiary rounds, or auto cannon.

Striker: cyclone (low ranks), uranium (high ranks).

Vulcan: incendiary band.

Thunder: sledgehammer rounds.

Railgun: destabilization rounds or scout.

Shaft: short band emitter (low ranks), rapid fire mode (high ranks).

Shaft: short band emitter (low ranks), rapid fire mode (high ranks).

Firebird: I'm seeing more Incendiary Mix Firebirds in Legend battles now. The most dominant alteration is still Compact Tanks though.

Hammer: I see absolutely no Legend player using anything but Duplet Hammer. Not even Adaptive Reload Hammer. I may be on of 10 tankers to even possess the alteration.

Twins: I approach every Twins I encounter as if they have Stable Plasma equipped. I see more Plasma Core Accelerators Twins than Heavy Plasmagun Twins though.

Ricochet: The majority are using Minus-Field Stabilisation. However, I had entered a battle yesterday where 4 Ricochets (2 on each team) were using the Plasma Torch alteration. I was kinda worried that they may have had something up their sleeves but they didn't. To date, I think I've only seen 2 Berserk users. Here is one of the I saw on the 5th of January.

 Beserk.jpg

Smoky: I'm seeing many Incendiary Rounds and Supercumulative Rounds Smokies. I saw a few Cryo Smokies but why have that when you can have fire damage, am I right? The number of Autocannons I've been seeing is decreasing.

Striker: I only see Cyclone Strikers in Juggernaut. Everywhere else, they don't do very good. Uranium Striker seems like the only way to play Striker in the high ranks. They one-shot any light hulls and sometimes, even medium hulls.

Vulcan: I've been seeing less and less Vulcans on the battlefield now. The majority I see still are Incendiary Band Vulcans but they usually finish in the middle of the tables now.

Thunder: I've been seeing more and more Lightweight Ordinance Autoloader Thunders. Perhaps it's because the the thrill of shooting almost as fast as Smoky? Sledgehammer still is the most prominent.

Railgun: I'm seeing a lot of Large Calibre Rounds Railguns, even more than "Scout" Railguns. Destabilisation Railguns are more seen in the low-mid ranks. They could be using "Death Herald" Compulsator which basically has no drawbacks but nope; Thye want high damage and Stock Railgun's damage distribution does not quench their thirst.

Shaft: I see a lot of Assault Emitters Shafts in the low ranks and I still see a lot of Rapid-Fire Mode Shafts in the high ranks. I don't see any Light capacitors or much Heavy Capacitors Shafts.

That's because Compact fuel tanks was nerfed.

True that. It makes me sad because the Slugger alteration is a way better choice and cheaper, too.

Makes sense.

There's a good reason for that. Having bought M3 Ricochet myself, MFS has some very good advantages. A faster projectile range means no one is escaping from you, even at medium range. The decreased rate of fire means nothing. In fact, it's an advantage because you're not flipping yourself as easily, and if you put a brick on the space bar, you'll end up shooting for longer, too. Although Destabilized Plasma is also very good, it's a shame no one uses it as it's really underrated. The key strength of Plasma-torch is that you can walk up to the Juggernaut with your Hunter, EMP them, and smash the space button with DD. That's it. It's better than Viking. Try telling me one thing that'll kill the Juggernaut faster on its own without the Booster drone.

When you get to my rank, you'll see way more Autocannon Smokies than anything else. Although I personally love Supercumulatives, you really can't contend with the firepower of the Autocannon.

Ah, my most hated turret. Of course people are going to be using Uranium if it's only 90,000 and unlocked early on! Give that a boost with buying the M2 version of Striker, and you'll kill almost anyone! Game-breaking.

Incendiary band strikes again....

What can I say? Of course people will use Sledgehammer if it has close to zero damage dropoff! Although I have not seen anyone use the Lightweights.

Ach, Railgun. The most abused turret in the game. It was Destabilization before, now it's Large-Caliber rounds...Makes sense if Railgun is so pitifully weak by itself. M2 Railgun only does 600-1200. You know what that means? Sometimes you won't even one-shot a Hornet with DD!!

Assault Emitters is always a viable option. It's balanced, and it won't be nerfed anytime soon. Rapid-fire mode has died out thanks to the nerf. CONGRATULATIONS, DEVS! YOU'VE CREATED A META FULL OF STRIKERS AND THUNDERS! On a happier note, Light Capacitors now has a place with Hornet, and it's simply amazing. The fact that no one expects it makes it that much more deadly. Shaft already has its share of bugs, and yet we get a nerf to my most loved alteration in the game... When do we get a fix??

When will minus field stabilisation and stable plasma get nerfed? They are each more OP than 100 juggernauts combined.

The question shouldn't be when they will be nerfed. It should be "how will they be nerfed".

My answer is to swap spots between minus field stabilization and destabilized plasma (prices and unlock ranks) and to increase stable plasma price from 45k to 105k.

No that doesnt balance them. The statistics need an extreme reduction. For ricochet the range -95% reload +400% 8mpact -99%. For stable plasma damage -60% and reload +70% and impact -90%. That's the only way to nerf. So the question is when will they get nerfed?
