Hello Tanki,

Your already released new weapons (eg. Striker, Magnum and Gauss) are very powerful. But we can use protections are just 3. So now we are very difficult to playing in this game. You need to add one or more slot for protection module. Thank you Tanki.

Hey there, if you want to suggest your ideas, you can share em here.

Vulcan's Incendiary Band alteration needs a nerf.

Maybe it's because the Vulcans in MM are DD-happy, but the Incendiary Band burns too long and hot. It is as deadly as a Firebird with Compact Fuel Tanks. The Firebirds are not as much as an issue to deal with, because you can hurry out of there and pick up a supply box or use something from your stash.

Vulcans, on the other hand, have a very long range, making them a lot less escapable. Also, they mostly use hulls like Titan or Dictator or Mammoth, making them a more OP Firebird. Not only that, but it's easier to slap on a DA, Repair Kit, and get an Isida to constantly keep you from dying.

So what should be done about this? I propose we nerf the Incendiary Band's burning, and make it like an Alteration-free Firebird, because the point of the Compact Fuel Tanks is to enhance Firebird's burning, and the point of the Incendiary Band is to give it an all new ability.

Vulcans are actually easier to dodge then firebirds IMO, just stay near cover. Firebirds can ambush you unexpectedly, but by the time a vulcan finishes spinning up his barrels an observant player will already be under cover.

The problem with Vulcan is that it ignites another tank so easily, just touch someone and they burn for a long time.

And why are you spinning up your barrel out in the open where everyone can see you?

Smart Vulcans do that behind cover, not out in the open.

It should switch unlock ranks with shooting speed regulator to keep incendiary band away from low ranks.

If this happens, I should buy the alteration before it's too late

I already see few vulcans in battles, and few of them have incendiary band due to the high maintenance (Basically you suck without an isida or dome active)...

I thought that it was nerfed enough with with 75% damage decrease when overheating. After the nerf, I saw less but I'm starting to see them more once again. It doesn't top the scoreboard like a lot of other altered turrets do, it's just a very big nuisance and/or inconvenience. If you're seething at the Incendiary Vulcan in the back shooting into your base, just know that they're not going to be getting top spots like they used to before the nerf.

Well I'm not always behind cover. I have to traverse to the enemy base and I'm out in the open. I always wind up and cancel constantly so that I'm at least one second ahead in charging up when an enemy and I spot each other when I'm out in the open. And from far, you can't even notice if the Vulcan is spinning up. If it looks at you while driving, then you can assume it is.

If you are behind cover and cant see the enemy, its impossible to know when to start spinning up.

Not if you dont get hit. And remember, the heating effect doesnt even come into play until the vulcan has been firing long enough to overheat, by which time you can either kill it or avoid it.

Still not a good idea to leave it in the back of your base, especially if it has titan.

I wasn't talking about a tall building and walls. I'm talking about short walls and short buildings, ones that you can see over.

Just imagine the gameplay with an Incendiary Band Vulcan + Wasp with a max-levelled Defender Drone. Zipping through the enemy base and heating them up while distracting them from the objective.

We have new opportunities with these balance changes. If only the forbidden combination becomes less forbidden.

As someone who enjoys Vulcan a lot, I have to say that it's not overpowered in any capacity. I know where you're coming from but it's actually quite balanced.

So you know Vulcan has an overheat function? That thing does a ton of damage to yourself when you start overheating. And the thing is, you deal -20% damage at all times and ONLY start setting people on fire AFTER you start overheating. That overheating function wipes out my M3 Viking. You have gotta blow a TON of drugs to use Incendiary Band, and even then it's tough to survive very long.

I will admit that though from the receiving end, you're taking a lot of damage, you'll notice that Incendiary Band players don't actually place that high because of the overheat function. It's an alteration that gives you a massive damage output but at the same time wrecks your own tank. Fair trade off imo

Ok, we have to fix this.

 Camper-Rico.png

Camper-Rico-2.png

Ricochet has the largest downward auto-aim angle of all turrets in the game, tied with the other 2 short-ranged turrets Twins and Hammer. From all the was up there, it's able to shoot projectiles down below because of its superior downward auto-aim angle. Guy stayed up there with MFS Rico + Titan and didn't get killed.

I'm expecting this to be a new thing players do whenever they get this map. This has to stop but I can't think of a way to curb this. Decreasing Ricochet's auto-aim angle just because of this issue would be a nerf in more than 25 maps. This is just something we'll have to just take until action is taken against it by the devs.

Not the first time this has happened with that same combination.

I can shoot from there with striker and thunder too, as you saw once when I used thunder+dictator and just pooped on the enemies because they didn't even bother to get to me from behind (I wasn't even looking and tbh I expected to get shut down at some point but nope).

Wait, that's where you were? Remember, I had said that I didn't see you in that battle for a while and thought you switched to Titan somewhere.

Well that's one map ruined.

Yup, when I couldn't direct hit even with tilting I would just hit the houses to splash damage on them, or the angle of the ramp to dissuade enemies from coming up.
