Well I know it was dumb of me celebrating when driver got nerfed. but To be honest I actually felt happy because it made Vikings OD a little less annoying with its charge output. But If I'm being honest at that moment I was at a point where it was either nerf driver or nerf Viking. You know I never thought driver as an OP drone I just wanted to be happy with  anything that hinders Viking OD a bit. Though the developers wouldn't nerf Viking no matter how much a few of us complained about it including myself. So that's why I felt happy at the moment.

I was honestly considering on getting blaster before they nerfed it. But now. Guess I will stick with Brutus.

Thinking on it now, I'm fine with nerfing Vikings OD duration down to 3 seconds or even 2 seconds as long as the initial charge time is cut in half.

That's too short. I would strip its damage boost but keep its firerate boost and decrease charging time.

Its also a buff in a way because its less time spent staying exposed and less time looking for opportunities to use it. Also completes OD missions faster.

Actually I would like it if it had 4 seconds and medium speed charge rate not too fast and not too slow and lose the ability to apply status effects during activation. you would also have to take an account for driver drone.

Ok, and I really would like it if all turret augments revert back to their stock versions during this time.

This would be the best case scenario to be honest, though it would look janky a few augments. 

 

If it makes you feel any better, they recently did this with Thunder more or less. They unified the firing rates of each Thunder augment so that they will shoot the same number of shots. So basically with Viking 's Overdrive, the best to worst for damage output now is:

 

  1. Adrenaline 
  2. Small Calibre Charging Machine
  3. Sledgehammer Rounds
  4. Subcalibre Rounds

Reinstall the game and try to play a TDM match to give this game one last try. Leave the game after a few minutes and uninstall the game again (yes, CLEAN uninstall).

Why? Because I saw two damn Tesla just brainlessly charged into the enemy base and somehow still get the highest score and K/D. At first, one of those two was still being conservative and camp near the exit of the enemy spawn with Dilatory Protocol. But after a minute or two, he realized he doesn't have to and just brainlessly charging and destroy everyone.

 

What a wonderful experience!!!!! And I'm 100% certain that the Devs deliberately make Tesla this OP so that they can milk even more from it despite it is out of the so call "early access". I have already said this game is better of without Tesla if the Devs are not planning to nerf it. And I have been right about this so far.

 

Welcome to Tesla Online guys. And I like the name of the game studio. Alternativa Games, thanks for the suggestion, clearly I should seek for alternative games

See? The new Twins. All you need is a brick on the spacebar because of its unlimited firepower.

30% is a bit too much...

 

But i do agree that Ricochet does need a range buff. 

 

Not because the turret is weak, but because it annoys me so much that Ricochet has the same range as Twins even though its projectiles fly faster and hit harder. Makes no sense at all.

 

So instead of a 30% buff for stock, I would suggest a 10% buff or something close to that, to make Ricochet more distinct from Twins while also keeping it balanced. Because Ricochet is honestly one of the most balanced turrets in the game right now - Not too strong but not unplayable either.

Can't even utilize its main ability very well. I tried it once on a new account in this era, didn't go so well, and never used it again. Have to be right up in the enemies face to use it.

Maybe but I thought that 10% would only give it an additional 3-7 metres where as 30% might give it an additional 9-27 metres.

Oh yeah, I just said 10% as a quick visualization...
 

But a 10 meter buff should be fine for the turret and the augments that don't affect range.

If you seen my stats I only used booster equivalent to half a rank up in technical time so I really dont use it that much at all lol. Thats why I use adrenaline augments so I dont have to use booster as much.

Ah so that's why. Mk7 Ricochet has the 30% max range increase over Mk1 that you're looking for.

Since it's been introduced you earned > 340,000 xp while using Booster.

In comparison I've earned < 60,000 xp considering all my drones.

I made that post because you were calling out someone for using an OP drone.  While you do the same thing.

It's the kettle calling the pot black.

Lol but you use titan ap and autocannon. I use booster granted, but im not using toxic combos like you are lol im purely offense. I do use railgun and adrenaline gauss. But I like to experiment with different combos. Actually im starting to like striker now. Its pretty fun. Though there is a hull I hate the most. You already know what it is. XD 

Opens your profile sees why you dont use drones that long. Sees the first letter of your hull. INSTANTLY CLOSES IT.  Who needs drones when you have the cancerous Viking.

Then why increase the range at all? That would make Twins worse than it, wouldn't it?

Twins and ricochet have different play styles. Twins is a powerhouse while ricochet is more of an ambush turret.
