There was a reason why shaft had its laser added....it would be even more op than it ever was if the laser was added cause before it couldnt hold a charge, and it did less damage....now it would be insanely op.....

 I do not think firebird is op. However, I dislike it because while it is shooting fire at me i can not see a thing. Therefore, I can not react and I get destroyed. :(

Have you tried to do battles qith your camera a littl higher? Firebird generaly doesent effect my sight, but i understand how it can(especially in tunnels)

 

Btw, remember that Firebird m1 is actually very ineffective at our ranks unless the conditions are right and you have a good hull for it. Firebird used to get me very far in Poly Cp, but now im almost always on the beootom of the scoreboard when i use it....

Replace your moniter? Also, you dont need to be a buyer to play tanki. I dont buy and i seem to have alot of stuff for my rank. I do also think that i should have saved for an m2 kit instead of buying all those m1s, but i love being very versitile in my positions, so im able to fight very well in any situation. I think most players should just focus on 1 or 2 combos though.

Quite some time ago. About two months ago, I have micro-upgraded the last 50th micro-upgrade for the Isida M3.

 

I have fully upgraded my Isida M3 and I find it too weak to heal and kill enemies. Also the Isida M3 beam is too short to reach at medium range. I have a 50/50 Isida M3 upgrade.

 

I have seen some players in battle with medium range Isida M3 beams, just to let you know.

 

Here is a screenshot of all the upgrades:

 

I wish that the Isida M3 would be the most powerful short-range (close combat) turret. It would be good if there was an Isida M4 with greater power than Isida M3.

 

 

Please can you explain to me why I have this problem.

Honestly, this thread is stupid. None of the ideas you mentioned make any sense. If you think Isida M4 is underpowered, then you're expecting too much. You make it sound like Isida should be equal to Freeze and Firebird in raw attacking power, instead of considering the fact that Isida is primarily made to support teammates. Unbelievable that a Generalissimo player made a thread like this. But yet again, it's nothing new.

3) I've used isida m4 (isida m4 is fully micro upgraded isida m3) in the test server and it heals and kills fine. But when you healing / killing please remember that isida paints (irbis . Rock .ect...) will make you heal slower / damage slower

Isida M3 IS the strongest close range weapon. If it goes up against Fire (which everyone knows is OP), it will win. The self-healing makes up for so much. I was playing a Noise CTF game yesterday, and an isida M4 (im guessing) ripped apart our whole defense (we had a strong defense). You must just not know how to use it well.

Isida is the first M3 gun you get access to and it's also the cheapest. That makes it the worst gun of all M3 grade weapons, so it's not surprising that M3 Isida will be hard to play with against other M3 guns. However, since you are talking about M4, then the weapon should be quite balanced compared to other guns.

 

The only reason why you would find it more difficult to play with it once you reach generalissimo is because you had the M4 for a while, while others had M3 or M3 with not full Mus on their guns, but now almost everyone has M4 at your rank, so it's more difficult for you because the enemies around you got stronger.

 

Personally, I completely disagree with the statement that Isida is weak. It's arguably the strongest close range weapon and it's current range it HUGE. Compared to what it was some time ago, it seems like the range is almost double, so playing with Isida now is really easy. If you have trouble using in, then perhaps it's simply not your gun. You should try other weapons and maybe they will be easier for you to play with.

Please can you explain to me why I have this problem.

The damage of an Isida _must_ be lower then freeze or firebird. This is because Isida has the additional >healing + >self healing features.

If an Isida would deal as much damage as a Firebird or Freeze, then noone would get a firebird or Freeze. Everyone would get the Isisda with the same strength the >healing  and >selfhealing feature. If you want to heal and self heal, there is a price you need to pay. Thats called balance.

 

The medium range beam is just an effect, that comes if your enemy lags.. or you do.. or both do.. or the server in between is overloaded. The player with that beam is somewhere else on his screen, then you see him on your screen. Therefor the beam is enlarged visually.. short words: there is no medium range Isida beam.

 

Maybe your mammuth is a little to non-agile to play Isida.. you can not move behind cover in order to recharge.. you can not hunt smaller targets in order to fill up your health.. you can not participate in killing enemies that are targeted by someone else, in order to fill up.. and if you manage to do so, you are out of energy and again can not move into cover. There is really a reason, why Viking is one of the favorite platforms for Isida.

It

- offers a good health reserve (room for filling up, room to keep alive while attacking, room for filling up on small targets or assist kills)

- while it is agile and fast enough (in M3/M4) to have a mobile gamestyle and make use of cover

-How does shaft become a noob turret because of the laser? Please explain that....that makes shaft harder to use effectively, while you also say that op turrets are noob weapons....which are easy to use.....your contradicting yourself.

 

-How does buying a kit mean your a noob? Its actually the opposite since you were able to save up your crystals instead of just buying something as soon as possible...(unless your a buyer XP but then even buyers can have alot of skill. Thats why everyone hates them, as they have op items and they are sometimes extremly skilled)

 

-Premium paint also doesent make you a noob..... at gismo it may not be very good, and it is a bit op at low ranks, but its not op or obsolete in the other ranks.

 

-How old are you? 8? You really really need to work on your sentence structure and...well.... grammer in general....you dont sound cool or anything by haveing poor grammer....im sure plenty of people on the forums actualy judge people a bit from their grammer(i know that i do) so you should realy work on that....
