My claims are everyday things if you had open eyes. I do not lie. It is not basically impossible it happened multiple times with no one behind me or him. If you need video help yourself.

 

And I addressed my question to maf. Who are you supposed to be?

Thoughts on twins?

 

I was going to purchase it and try something new, but I already have ricochet which is medium range. Also have freeze which is massively OP right now.

 I'd stick with Ricochet, Twins' max damage range is only 20m while Ricochet's max is 60m, huge difference.

Yeah I'm too used to ricochet now, sometimes I just like to try something new. The problem with twins is I would need to buy the alteration to remove self damage so that's another 25K.

 I'd stick with Ricochet, Twins' max damage range is only 20m while Ricochet's max is 60m, huge difference. 

Keep in mind, that from distance, 50% rico shots can be avoided by experienced tanker due to balls travelling distance and speed.

As everybody knows, Mammoth and Hornet both have the least speed within their class. Give them both more power, acceleration and turning speed than Wasp and Titan. The medium hulls do not require this, as Dictator has the best shape for peeking in and out, can aim over obsticles, but is slowest, Viking is fastest but incredibly unstable, and Hunter is in between.

Viking should get more health though, I know hunter is too good rn. And dictator needs more health than viking after it gets more health. But the thing is, mammy and titan have the same health so this would make mammoth king of everything once again and leave titan sprawled in the dust.  I'm not familiar with light hulls but I know wasp is way better.

All  close-ranged weapons are OP. The mods say things about them having a "High DPS" or "Very limited range" but they are OP. Freeze M2s, for example, have sooo much range, and I cannot escape them or even do sagnificant damage before they circle me. Close range weapons need:

- A DPS nerf

- A buff on ammo consumption

- A buff on reloading

- A nerf on turret rotation speed

 

This would make them more balanced. They would still defeat most enemies, but no more noob no turret rotation isida-hornets who just ruin your day by driving straight toward you. They would take longer to defeat enemies, but would be able to fight for longer. How many of us get charged by an Isida/Firebird/Freeze who does not turn his turret and is using wasp, hornet, or viking and kills us, even though we have more skill. Much more.

lesser impact force, but you're right, mammoth is likely to get a good overdrive, and titan will get a more or less useless one

Mammoth will probably either get the shield one or the invunerability one.

People do need skills to that wasp turning thing. Just relax. Once you get to higher ranks you won't see too many close ranged weapons. Since higher dps mid-long ranged turrets have been nerfed and the reapair kit too. Close ranged weapons have got an adavntage. Earlier when you get to m3 ranks close ranged weapons decrease in popularity compared to other weapons but nowadays they have a advantage because of the repair kit nerf (specially firebird)

 

A buff on reloading or turret rotation could be okay. But the dps is fine for me the way it it.

I don't understand why Viking has low stability. Viking and hunter should be the other way around. From just judging looks you tell viking could have much more stability

Yup. Viking and hunter's positions were swapped, much to the dissappointment of me (and many other tankers)

Twins is SOOOOOOOOO OP! I was using it earlier on viking, and you can beat an isida in head to head. Here is how; if you are reversing and isida is chasing, and he does not have wasp, your impact force slows him down. He will fall behind and you will escape his range and kill him! Twins needs balancing NOW!

 

(I am probably the first person here to talk about nerfing a gun I am using :D)

I have never seen anyone complain about a close ranged turret except isida before... maybe dont play with m2s at wo2? They are only useful on a handful of maps because of turrets like rico that are better than them in just about every way.

Yep, imho it's only a question of time that it needs to be adjusted.

That time is running out. Actually it ran out awhile ago. The longer they wait the more players theu will piss off. Every day more and more players buy magnums. Every day more players join the soon-to-be-pissed-off group.

I know - but unfortunately people don't get that they have to buy their equipment based on that what the future brings and not how it is on the present day. The same happened with Hammer with each sale after last Christmas. The devs already said, that the next balance changes won't be before the matchmaking system is implemented.

Anyway, imho the top 3 OP turrets at the moment are 1. Magnum 2. Isida 3. Rico. On the lower end there are no clear losers, but it would be good if Smoky, Striker and the unaltered Rail would get some rather small buffs.

 

Yes, Rail will not get changes as it is the benchmark turret, I know  <_>

Striker should be buffed ASAP, it has almost disappeared from the battlefield.

I suggest Striker's laser beam becomes invisible to everyone except the user himself.

And lets not talk about Smoky because this turret is such a joke right now, especially against Ricochet Lol
