XT is the er.. "easiest" way becoming m3's without using either crystals or real money..

till as of now, MUing XTs messes up your garage till you contact help desk so they will take your MU off -.-

and that 99 999 kill is a bad pain.

XT equipment is completely useless. Don't understand what all the hype is about. Who cares about a stock M3 with a gymmick design when they already have the M4 version of it. I'm not going to waste even more crystals on MU to get the same exact item twice.

There's a 1% chance of getting a "super mission" (such as 9999 kills). Out of those, there is another 1% chance of getting and XT item. The chance of getting XT is shared between all items, so if you specifically want Railgun XT (and not any other XT item), then the chance of you getting it is 1% x 1% x 16% = 0.000016 = 0.0016%. This means that out of a million missions on average only 16 will be the ones you want.

Well, More XT-s = more mission changing = more crystal wasting = more buyers. I think this technique is very smart by TO to make a, good old tanki ending, or a good start for unity, but as always, players loose, mostly money. I think tanki was a good game, till, drop locations update, the change of railgun and isida look, and all updates after that, including new guns and paints. Someone with a great pc didn't notice the change, but player with medium and low end pc-s, saw the change. "Lower fps"
Well tanki since a year worked for staff, and workers, not for players.
Anyway, this is my opinion.

I got the hornet XT,

 

but I use my normal maxed mu hornet m3 all the time, I never really use that XT in real battle, XT is a shot kill in battle at that rank.

With today’s update we’ve added 4 new XT items to the game. From now on, Tanki Online includes unique versions of Wasp, Viking, Firebird and Thunder, all featuring custom, breath-taking designs!

 

As in case of Hornet and Railgun XT, these new turrets and hulls can be obtained by completing super-rare daily missions — “Destroy 9999 tanks” or “Earn 99999 experience points”, with a respective unique item stated as prize. As before, these assignments are only available to players with the rank of Generalissimo.

 

The characteristics of the new XT hulls and turrets are identical to their standard M3 counterparts and can also be micro-upgraded accordingly. Of course, once obtained, the items will remain in your garage forever.

Well, they still won't allow players to choose the XT item they want. The reward will be random.
