I wonder did any of you guys got XT mission without changing them, because XT is here for quite a time and i didn't get any of these missions.

As said above, the XT missions come up on average once for every 10000 missions. So if you see 4 missions a day (3 + 1 free change) you will need 2500 days to get XT or around 6-7 years.

 

This is why I'm very skeptical about the 1/10000 chance, since many people already got XT. Is everyone really that rich so they can afford to spend millions on getting XT missions?

Yeah, it seems that those guys are pretty rich ones. But i tried on test server, spent 500k on changing and still didn't get it...

Same here. It's rare though. So far I have seen about 10 players with either hornet xt or rail xt or both.

I feel like Firebird XT's flames should be blue because a) It's XT, and Rail shoots a white beam and b ) It'd look very cool. I know MAFIOS0 said something like this, and it'd be cool if they added this feature to the game... I hope Seymon reads this! :D

Quite a few people suggested it on RU forum when developers were reading the news topic, so I can assure you that they are aware of this suggestion. However whether they will add it or not is a different story.

When you have thunder m3, and you complete the xt mission for thunder xt. Will you have both in your garage, Thunder m3 AND Thunder xt?

You will have both.

 

Your Thunder M3 will have the MUs you already put on it, while XT will be like a default M3 (with unique design) and you will have to MU it again.

I saw several people with XT's for the last few days, including Wasp, Viking and Firebird.

I like the design of the railgun XT, Viking XT and Hornet XT.

The other XT equipments look rather like Pokemon than tank equipments...

(Firebird XT + Wasp XT = Charizard???)

Like the looks of Hornet XT and Rail XT and both can be used without

MU 's in XP.

Viking XT nice design.

 

Wasp XT is overdone. Too much goldplating on the sides in my view.

I prefer the looks a standard Wasp M3.

I actually think otherwise. With Railgun you can barely notice that it's an eagle, while the other ones are more personalised and you can actually see what they represent.

I used the word "stylish" which not being English was probably not the right choice.

Rail XT is artistique? You don 't see right away what it represents.

Just lines that more vaguely make up an eagle/bird of prey.

 

The Thunder and Firebird are obvious. IMO too obvious and also not in line with the more plain design

that was choosen for the XT hulls.

(you could argue that the wings on Hornet are too obvious to, but they just seem to fit allright,

they remind me on ancient Egyptean Horus wings)

 

So I would have liked them to continue in the Rail XT kind of turret styling.

The hull styling looks (to be) better, Wasp XT not so much IMO, but the Viking XT is a beauty!

Ofcourse it 's all just a matter of personal taste, the Dev(s) choose otherwise and that 's all there is to it.

You're somewhat right. In fact, there's a very good reason why the designs need to be quite subtle. They add the equipment in sets of hull+gun, where both items share a similar design theme - eagle, wolf and dragon. The issue here is that if the designs stand out too much, you will end up with really weird looking tanks when the XT items are mixed. For example Thunder and Wasp will end up being a wolf with chicken wings  :P
