I wanted something like players make question admins give answers no any other discussion like why?who?where?when? so u can answer easy the questions and we can see easy the answers.

I think a diagram of who is who in terms of title and what they do in Tanki would be VERY helpful, along with some hard fast rules as to who says what in terms of truth.  If Admins can only give speculation on opinions, then they are as clueless as the people doing the asking, hence these questions need to posed to people higher up the chain.

 

Can someone work out a "org chart" here of what roles and what "official" role people play here in Tanki?

 

This will go a long way towards avoiding confusion and letting people know who is saying what and if it's even worht listening to in terms of real answers, because frankly, I have skimmed this topic all day, and I can't tell who is who and why or what or squat all really of who can speak to a topic with some sort of ifficial and final say.

It is true that because of the big cost of the new game Tanki Online preparing Tanki Unity has financials problems and had reduse sales,rewards,servers etc.?

 

 

Can u send me the vlog that tell us the rewards from daily are gonna reduce more than 50% and the drop rate of gold box is now 1/10000.

And in battle funds what percent coming from the battle and what from crystal boxes value?

Why the videos you mentioned have been hidden?  Simple, they do not reflect the true nature of the game and its management in so many ways.  There's tons of unsaid things in it, there's tons of mere speculations, but we don't deny there were certain elements of truth either, but only very few.

 

We don't protest against the video, in fact we respect it and its author, but the game forum and chats are no place to discuss speculative contents and definitely not in a one-sided fashion as has been the case up till now.

Are you kidding? You basically just proved my point about this by saying what I first have highlighted in red above. They don't reflect what you want people to see, true or not, so they've been taken down.

The fact that admins can get away with this kind of disrespect pains me so much, it is a perfect example why tanki needs major change when it comes to its moderation and administration system.

Talking about the "shadowy policies", i have to sadly point out some of the last updates like the "easier daily missions" that were never announced  in the news section and effectively lowered the overall rewards.

This trend has always been followed by tanki in the past: battle fund reduction to roughly half after the "everything x10" update is the most clamorous example: it got officially announced only after a total riot of the community who was earning only 5x the crystals they were earning before, while the prices were multiplied x10. http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=172604

These kind of questions can be answered by Developers only, not by Administrators. The ones replying here, right now, are Admins, but Developers will also reply in this topic when needed.

 

Anyways, you need to understand that there are some questions which can't be answered so easily as you are requesting, they need more time to be answered - it was already stated in the past, in previous V-LOGS, that you would have been notified about Tanki Online Unity as soon as related informations are released - if what you are asking is still under review, it can't be answered yet :)

Who , why do we never get any comments from any developers other then him?  He can be very disrespectful at times and isn't a good choice for a representative of the development team. Only one rep for the whole EN (oops sorry international) community and you wonder why players say Tanki doesn't really care about what we say.

Hey hi :)  funny thing about sami and his video.  watch it all again and you'll see he does mention "I'm not asking you to go break tanki rules" + he himself did not post the video, nor violated any other tanki rules (so far).  So, don't you think that's a bit weird?  :huh:  You know you can go ask him about why we've been removing his video off the game forum and game chat, he does seem to know better than you and he does seem to want to enlighten you, so ask him.

... That said, I have been keeping up with "other side", and it's clear there are MANY people that have tried to raise a flag and ask for a straight answer and they got punished for it when the conversation gets a little heated.

Personally I believe it went wrong on both sides: players crossed lines but Moderators also started

to use the "sledgehammer".

In regard to my questions I would like to focus on the moderating.

 

This Sunday many posts were removed. Even older posts from that I am 100% sure were totally on topic

and were not filled with the "mountain dew video" or instead breaking any game rules.

They had critisism on the update, that 's all.

When I saw some of my posts removed I reacted on that, only to see those posts removed as well.

The latter were indeed not on topic, but you get upset when your posts just vanish...

They are hidden not removed if I 'm not mistaken, so look at them and see if I 'm right or wrong.

Can I prove anything?

No, because I don 't have that power, the power is completely in the hands of the Staff.

 

I never had a problem with that, I always felt that Tanki gave plenty of space to give critisism.

And Mods etc. were overall doing a good job.

Did Tanki change their policy towards the Forum regarding critisism?

The downvote was removed, instead now you always have to post if you don 't agree with certain updates etc.

If you want us to give the possibility to give critisism (and not only so called constructive critisism because that is quickly very arbitrary)

Fact : There has been relatively very few bans on sunday in comparison to the amount of those posts that were removed.  All bans that were served were posted on the forum in the traditional orange banline.  Go on the vlog topic and count them.

 

Fact : You yourself admitted that the post you got mad about being removed was one which was not on topic.

 

Fact : Devs and CMs do come to those topic for feedback, their time is limited and the amount of useless irrelevant gibberish nonsense posts are always high in those topics, and guess what?  Mods effectively take that kind of garbage out of the way so devs and CMs and other forumers as well don't waste their time with those rubbish.

 

Fact : There's actually even a rule against posting useless worthless off-topic balderdash on any forum thread.  Its all in the Game rules.  You want the mod who simply removed it to go back and do his job as per rule and serve and official warn or ban for petty nonsense?  Is that really what you want?

Fact : With downvote button gone the dev-to-player communication level rose sky high compared to what it was before and that too in just a few days.

 

Fact : All posts with criticisms against the game or updates which were posted in civic ways and with regard to the rules are still here on the vlog topic, and not just that topic, but countless from well before.  Go look at them and let me know if they're all solely flowers and butterflies and start by these ones you posted in this topic thus far.

It your referring to the word "Staff",  unfortunately you need to remember that 90% the players consider you "Staff" and therefore to know all the answers. I assumed that you where all payed employees of Tanki when I first started to play here and I'm an adult so would kids know the difference.

Hi, I've seen mods make mistakes in the past, but since friday's vlog i haven't seen them do much mistakes.  They were even very flexible and handled lots of mess in very cool fashion.  They handed bans only where they really needed to do so as per the Game rules.  Its also true that there should be some sort of sanctions for moderators if there's any wrong doings from them and it is true that admins should be responsible for moderators.  But guess what's not true?  We're not their lawyers.  We're actually more like their judge and jury.  If there's a mod who did wrong, report him/her to his/her respective admin and if sanctions need to be applied it'll be applied, as has always been the case.
