No, let me tell you what I see.  I see that I did not target a certain person, I mentioned a certain lack of understanding by game creators which is being covered up by the mods.

 

But instead, what is the reaction?  People are targeting the characters of mods or the personal character of myself.  I am being called a cheat, a liar, a savior, a hero for a video that I never could have forseen having such an effect.  Mods are being called corrupt because of the past actions of individuals and for simply doing their jobs. 

 

Despite how much I disagree with the job being done, in the end, as Issho tells me, he is only doing his job, and not much more.

 

My interest is in assuring the transparency of what is happening in Tanki. 

 

I hate things that are hidden from me, and I hate uncertainty, and too much is happening right now, and it's resulting in a dying game, especially within the EN community.

 

It is an environment of hiding things and deception, the whole problem is general, not one or two individuals whom are perpetrating it.

Yes, all the way.  If whatever you chat or post on forum conforms to the Game rules then you have nothing to fear, even if its highly critical towards the game.  You can actually see it happening in this topic but also in the Developers' Information section each week where many negative posts that never violated any rules were never removed and are still there :)

With my experience in many online games and my opinion a serious game must first search and be sure about an update they are gonna bring and for that they need months of researching.

 

Take some of the last updates tanki made:

1st crystal boxes update after 2 weeks canceled

2nd daily missions rewards after 2 weeks -50%

3nd premium accounts paint protection after 3 days -5%

 

Sorry but this shows people without a clear plan about the game and that why we have so many updates in so small time period.

Although already answered by , allow me to add that this is again proof that devs are not a bunch of dictatorial imposers only imposing on their players what they like and not giving 2  about what players think.  On the contrary, even though they had plans they remained flexible.  Some changes weren't so good they discarded them, others were readjusted according to in-game data collected and in some cases, like the premium paint, they were reduced based on player feedback.

 

We could actually even make a list here of so many games that don't have flexible devs at all, but hey slander and defamation is not our business here.

they only change things IF it is wrong, did the test drives make the server lag? probably and i think it was the answer that i wanted

as for the chances of getting test drives is not that rare, its just luck :P

Alright then, gonna hold ya to it.  Hope the dust settles around here and things get sorted out.  For the record, I like the idea of the premium acount, so long as it's affordable and it nerfed the paint, but that's just me. 

 

 

I'll also take this moment to plug away at the request to PLEASE bring back the gift card purchase system.  It was the perfect, easy to buy, easy to use, safe (no credit over the wire), and people could buy me things like that that I could then use to buy.  Bought once, and then the next day it was cancelled, THE VERY NEXT DAY.  That my problem though, but yeah, for all the youngsters out there that don't have redit cards but do have jobs too, you give them the ability to buy in buy cashing their pay checks and running out to BK or CVS and buying a 20 dollar card.  Okay, my shameless personal rant is over.

I'm not holding grudges against him, I don't even care about what happened back then.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AN ADMIN TO KNOW THE FULL DETAILS, AS IT WAS ALL POSTED IN A FORUM TOPIC AND EVERYONE SAW IT.
Its not carved in my head, I have come to this conclusion after seeing the corruption over the years in this game.
Staff members should not be paid, in anyway or form - you say you do your work for tanki, but you still expect to have crystals in your wallet at the end of the week.

You say you don't care, but yet you keep bringing it up  :huh:   But anyway I'll answer 

 

That forum topic you're referring to can no longer be seen, and even back then I didn't see it, I only got to see snippets of it thanks to some friends back then.  And not just that topic, but recently while making History of eSports winners @joostcool and I spent hours and hours searching but even the tournament topics connected to the incident were gone.  In fact to this day we're still struggling and looking for old eSports players who were in those tournament back then to get some statements from them, old pictures and any materials that can help us reconstruct the lost history.  You think I'm happy about all that?

Its actually a shame, a shame that we current admins and helpers still have to deal with thanks to the acts of certain individuals from the past WHO ARE NO LONGER PART OF THIS GAME since ages ago.

 

Note : For many people wondering why we don't just accept anyone as helper, this kind of stuff I described above gives you an idea why we're so selective

 

tl:dr  :  Its about an old cybersport incident that happened way back when this community was just starting out and if you weren't here then we envy you for not experiencing what actual "tanki staff corruption" was.

Also -1  for hiding behind an alt , and no don't even throw a lame excuse like its hacked or banned, I checked and its not been banned for a month now.

 

Also I just went googling about "making presumptuous statements while hiding behind an alt" and dictionaries spat out the word "coward" and urban dictionary gave a synonym for cat  :huh:

Test drive is not what made the servers lag, don't mix things up and as semyon said in the last vlog, devs are aware of the issue and are working on it.

 

As for readjusting things, that's not sign of bad planning.  On the contrary, it is dynamic and flexible planning. spent much time on this forum explaining things to you all in simple terms, but hey if you wanna be stubborn and keep saying they're bad then I don't know what else to tell you, get some mountain dew and make a video may be  :rolleyes:

Good, things that are wrong always need to be changed.  And here's a great chance for you to do just that.  Stop taking statements and presumptions from some players to be "the answer that you wanted" and come complain about it later ;)

Hey hi :)   You're not the only one suffering from this mate.  I do and many other people who wanna buy for friends do too.  Devs are aware of the issue and they informed us that once their main tasks with higher priorities is completed they'll look into the matter :)  We'll just have to be patient I guess.
