I think that this topic is very useful for those who are reading it. Many players claim to be a moderator but they are hacker. They ask players who dont know about moderators and hack their accounts through various methods.  :)

It will be self organised if receiving crystals was not the fuel on the first hand. Like I_Fuji guy said, if TO stopped paying you guys crystals, you will still keep on serving the community if you were really in for that. Being paid for honest work and doing honest work for crystals are two different things mam, and I don't doubt you about it, but there are some guys who keep pecking.

Like I_Fuji guy said, if TO stopped paying you guys crystals, you will still keep on serving the community if you were really in for that. Being paid for honest work and doing honest work for crystals are two different things mam, and I don't doubt you about it, but there are some guys who keep pecking.

I already said somewhere in this topic (or some other, tbh) that many chat mods do not even get any crystals for their work, since they do not wish it. The rest also do not expect to be paid by default. But some form of reward they do deserve, for doing highly stressing job for hours and hours on the chat, on daily basis, and since they do not have much time to play and earn crystals themselves, it's logical that they'll actually get crystals for their work.
