hmmmmm.... Personally, I did not care about my stats now, better focusing on end of year sales. Moreover, I think tgis system is exposing the life and garage of each tankers, hopefully they are not showing how many crystals we have :P  :P  Anyway, can any Developer please consider this request:  Please why cant we buy double crystals card alone in the garage like the PRO pass??? Please many tankers need that when buying crystals especially with the incoming end of year sales.... Please consider this request... :(

You're asking about being allowed to purchase coupons!? :o

this is a matter of pricipal

even in freinds list you have an option to decline a request

its nothing to do with what tanki online does

but i feel my privacy is my personal choice

im sorry but your totally missing the point here

i have a right to decide who or who does not see information about me

i just want a way of deciding for myself who i let see this information

Mate, do you seriously think that the strangers are so free that they stalk you?

Think it yourself, will you go to my profile and see everything there? No, right?

Its just them same, the other way round...no one is gonna examine your profile so deeply...

And honestly speaking, I had so much thoughts in my mind that I'll open this tanker's profile, this one's, this one's, and this one's also....but after it released, I seriously didn't even bother to type their names to search for them....

I just went through my own profile, nothing more than that...

what next?

is tanki also going to give out a players nickname and password so other players can have a go with your

equipment? or worse steal it

Please don't exaggerate. The only things that are revealed are items that you have in the game and nothing that is private to you as an individual, so there is virtually no way to abuse this system. Many games have that feature and none of them had any trouble with privacy issues, so there is no reason why the case will be different in Tanki. Perhaps this game is somehow unique and statistics DO matter, in which case if violation of privacy and spying become problematic, developers will most likely add the ability to hide your stats from public viewing. Let's wait a few weeks before jumping to conclusions.

Please can someone explain to me how the Earned experience rating works? Right now I have 169 168, which is much more than the amount of points (the points that are counted towards ranks, shown on the left in the green bar) I have gained since last week. Is there some coefficient applied to battle points? Thanks.

Tankers!

If anybody has ever doubted your claim that you’re the best tanker in the world, it’s time to prove them wrong. Personal Statistics, Ratings, and Achievements are now in the game!

In case you missed the details in yesterday’s announcement, here’s how each feature will work.

Ratings

A crucial element of the new system is a weekly TOP-100 of tankers in 3 categories: experience earned, crystals earned, and gold boxes caught.

These lists are reset every Monday with the scheduled server restart, at 2 am UTC. The good news is that the ratings are in real time, updating every few minutes. So, if someone is close on your heels, you’ll be able to see it, and more importantly, do something about it!

Additionally, you can find out your current position in Earned Experience Points (EXP) and Earned Crystals (CRY) ratings without leaving the game. This data is displayed in the right part of your experience bar.

Statistics

Each tanker now has his own profile page, displaying various statistics:

  • current rank
  • amount of XP till the next rank
  • number of enemies destroyed
  • number of deaths
  • total death/kill ratio
  • currently equipped gear
  • current positions in weekly ratings

The bottom part of the profile page lists all the turrets, hulls and paints used by the tanker, including the amount of hours spent and experience earned using each piece of gear.

The system also displays the number of supplies used, as well as the time played and experience earned in each battle mode.

All profiles are publicly visible, which means you can view the profile of any tanker, whether he’s on your friends list or not. To do that, simply find his page using the search feature on the site, or by clicking on his name inside the game and selecting “Profile”.

Of course, you can also share your profile with the world through social media.

NOTE: The only parameters that have been monitored since the very launch of Tanki Online are experience points, kills, deaths, and crystals earned. All other numbers have only recently started being monitored.

So, to avoid any confusion, experience, kills, deaths, and crystals earned, are counted from the beginning of the game. Everything else has started being counted as of Friday, October 23, which is when the statistics system was integrated into the game.

Achievements

Achievements are Tanki medals issued for reaching various milestones. There are nearly 150 of them, ranging from the most obvious, such as destroying enemies and capturing flags, to more unusual ones, such as collecting all XT items or getting a rare paint.

Your personal statistics and achievements, as well as the weekly ratings, can be viewed by clicking on the Ratings button in the upper panel of the homepage or forum.

It’s time for you to finally prove that you’re the best on the battlefield. Join a battle right now, start building up those statistics and ratings, and collecting achievements, and then rub them in your opponents’ faces! Victory is now twice as sweet.

While I am VERY happy for the stats page, the personal profile page I am a bit on the fence about Seymon.  What is most disturbing is the clear view of what each person has in their garage.  I guess one could say that if you played with it, it was out in public, thus it's fair game to talk about.  By the same token though, the equipment you buy that you are not necessarily comfortable with or don't care for others to know about is modestly complicating.  I am outing myself I suppose in making the statement, but for the sake of others like me, I'll do it.  I own a Thunder ONLY for the purposes for completing missions.  I play Shaft exclusively otherwise.  I switch only to enter death matches, complete my mission requirements, and then leave.  Now I have the issue of perhaps others berating me and bothering me to change equipment in battle to better "support" whatever it is they want.  No one needs to know I have a Thunder.  I think the general stat area should be available to all, but the sub-category area of Garage related information should bea switch that gets turned on or off as a preference.  I know it seems likea small thing, but there ARE subtlties that can be picked up on when looking at gen stats and then garage, like where money goes, etc.  Very clever players could try to capitalize in game based upon what they discern of your garage, and maybe equip themselves unfairly to nullify your strengths.

Again, this is minutia of course, and would require an effort most players don not invest, but still, might be a thought if there is an easy fix for this.  Otherwise it is beautifully implemented and well done, twice in a row now I have something positive to say.

We make premium account — players asking when will we turn the game into pay-to-play.

We make statistics — players asking when will we give everybody passwords to their accounts.

It's getting hard to think of an update with no possibility to overexaggeration!

What's next? When we will update the looks of the garage somebody will ask when we turn it into vodka or something?  :D

Other than that, most of things that you can see I got long ago when I was an ordinary player. That K/D though!

I don't think that everyone should be able to see our profile stats it should be private or allowable if wanted.

I for one don't like it to be in view of others for it has been used against me for insults towards the way I play.

I know that not everyone will agree but hey ho that's life!!!

:)  ^_^   :D

Yeah but i'm stating the fact that i don't like it like this plus tankis changed soooo much, before it used to be so against the fact of revealing anything about you but now not so much.

Yes I agree, this should be changed for people who want their profile to be seen

and those who do not. Those that want their account unseen should have a private button of some sort, and when clicked it only shows your account to friends or nobody will be able to see it.

this is just a suggestion
