im going to be long in this so... anyway, i think that the 360 is better in different ways, namely gameplay, cost, mass amount of games, and the kinect is a great bonus, because no controlls at all, but your body. with the PS3, you have a handheld controller -__- if you want a game console that you dont have any controllers but your body, then get the 360, dont waist your money on extra stuff and more controllers just so you can have more friends play, when you can buy the kinect and instantly have enough for 4 players to join. and if you want a game console that has simple, easy controlls, then get the 360, because with the PS3, theres like 10-13 buttons on it... and yes, the PC is better, a little more easier to understand, and faster to interact, but if you want a console, get the 360.
