Long loading time and impossibility to join battles at first

I had the never ending loading window problem on Firefox also.

 

Solution: (For me and several others anyway.)

 

Run the "Uninstall Flash" program on Adobe.com

 

Uninstalling with Windows leaves files behind.

 

I had to re-install Flash before the Uninstaller would work.

I've added Chrome in the opening post. :) It's not bad you've made a topic as well. This way, the problem might be noticed faster and they might actually take it serious.

I'm having this problem with Firefox, mainly with the spikes of 600+ ping randomly. Pretty hard to hit enemies when they are actually half a second ahead of were you can see them.

According to a speed test, my PING is just fine. The strange thing is that on the battlefield, I'm always getting a PING around 100.

Just checking, while the game is loading are you opening other things as well? Like checking Skype, or email? I noticed myself doing things like this can disrupt the loading process of the game.

 

Try to only have Tanki open, it should load faster.

I've cleaned my browser's cache, flash cache (shared objects), tried several browsers, deleted some useless programs on my computer I don't use anymore, tried entering the game via fixit.tankionline.

No. I'll try that if no other solutions work, or if TO doesn't manage to solve the problem as I think it's due to TO since a large number of players have this issue.

tried standalone, firefox, mytank, nitro, chrome...nothing works :((

the least time taking is IE only for me and even IE takes 3 minutes now :(

Ok, so i have similar problems, but i get into battle preety fast but inside the battle i move a bit by bit- i stop than move an inch and stop and move, it sucks, can u guys please tell what the solution is, i also tried all browser and standalone  and yet nothin helped, and the weirdest thing is it just happened randomly it was working completly fine till yesterday than suddenly i just started to lag and havent stopped since than. I havee also tried cleaning those chaces still laggy.

As I tried all other possibilities (I currently know of), I've downloaded Standalone. When playing the game via Standalone, everything loads at a decent speed. I'm having a PING of around 15 while playing the game. 

 

To the moderators, this problem is not solved yet. I prefer playing via a browser, because now I always need to copy-paste, and first search, the links to go to a certain server which isn't really handy.

Hmnn, Please try the following softwares for playing TankiOnline :

 

1) Stand Alone Flash Player

2) FlashEx

3) My Tank.

 

Try a different browser, Enternet browser has the same issue, Google has the Same issue, Firefox runs smooth except the adds ( .-. )

Safari runs good , exception for no mouse controls and opera runs well , exception to the bad graphics provided by opera, ( i experienced , don't know if all did )

 

I recommend you Stand Alone Flash Player , MyTank.

This seems to be a common problem. I experience this at times, but I have noticed that it helps greatly if you never clear your cache, browsing history, etc. Loads much faster that way. One time, I tried to join a battle, and it wouldn't load, so I leave it, come back 4-5 hours later, still loading... Also you can try playing Tanki via www.fixit.tankionline.com

 

I think that website runs better than normal Tanki website.

I've tried fixit.tankionline.com and it didn't help. I'm now using Standalone which works (almost) perfectly. Though I prefer playing via a browser and up to now loading takes ages in any browser. :(

You helped. :) Standalone works fine, it's just that I prefer using a browser. It's a problem at TO's side I'm afraid.
