I have finished typing out my article for the Cross map.

Please look at it here http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=297527&page=2&do=findComment&comment=6210868 and read it carefully.

My Tanki Online nickname: RIDDLER_8

Maybe, I should be a writer working for the creation of articles for Tanki Online!

Thank you.

Please, once you have finished your guide, submit it here.

Well done but there is no need to advertise it here. Also, you slightly missed the brief. The point was to make a full map guide, not just one about earning kills for Super Missions. You can look here for sample guides that you can base yours on. Good luck. :)

I prefer not to enter these things since I prefer the ones where we write short humour scripts with our imagination...

But huge reward.   Imma do this!

Are pictures recommended? Writing for the Wiki is a bit different I see..should we use wiki format or our own?

Yes, pictures are recommended as they enhance the reading/visual experience especially if they are relevant. Yes, you must use the Wiki Format (excluding coding of course) but you can base your guide from here.

If I win please give the reward in my account @78190-facebook78

Not possible. The rewards will only go to the account of the writer.

Wait what? That was not in the rules... Guess I'm going to have to reformat the whole thing. Thanks a lot.

Pictures are recommended, not compulsory. By "using the Wiki format," we mean that the purpose of the guide is to teach players how to play in that Map. It should follow the general concept of a Wiki guide; have details on the Map, tactics, attacking, defending, etc. If you follow that general structure you'll be good. We don't want guides on (for example) "Guide to Parkouring in Cross" when the purpose is to teach players how to succeed in that map, not how to parkour (or whatever) in that map.

So if it looks mostly like this guide that I wrote previously - Guide - I'll be fine? And what exactly does "Wiki Format" mean? Can I use the format I used to write the aforementioned guide?

EDIT - By the way, noticed you're already replying to my post (looking at the link I posted) barely 30 seconds after I posted it. That's what I call good helpers ;)

Looks okay. The format in that guide is pretty good but things about Parkour, etc. are irrelevant. You should focus more on useful tactics. Take this guide as a reference point. There are plenty of other maps here that you can refer to.

Thanks, I'm on school holidays so I've been focusing quite a lot on Wiki work. :)

If ya don't mind me asking, who will be judging? I've noticed the different characters of variating judges. Eg, a council of judges would tend to choose the more detailed one rather than a solo judge who has his own preferences.

Also, what exactly are you looking for in the 'winning entry?'

Us, Wiki Editors will be going through each article and judging them.

The winning entry would be the one that follows the appropriate structure, is detailed, has an appropriate amount of pictures (too many will get clunky and unappealing - it feels like the author is just throwing pictures at you and it's not too pleasing) and has relevant tactics/scenarios.

My topic is Cross.

While in the map cross there are lots of places to hide which will give you the advantage if you have the railgun.

Sometimes if you have the flag the best way to capture it is by going under the bridge not over because if you go over you will be noticed by enemies.

Also the best way to catch a Goldbox at cross would be by equiping the hornet or wasp hull because sometimes a bigger tank may be to slow to make it in time.

So this is my Guild to the map cross.

GENERAL GUIDE TO ALL MAPS

Start moving when you are still spawning.

As soon as you are exposed to enemies, press 2.

When you see an enemy press 3 and shoot. Keep killing as many as you can.

If your HP bar almost runs out, press 1. Don't forget even if you are in the middle of a battle. Enemies will often grow tired of this and give up.

Press 4 as much as you can in between. Speed is much underestimated.

If an enemy attacks you from behind press 5, run and don't look back.

If your supplies have to recover, hide or attack enemies from behind.

Don't bother for gold boxes, they don't help you winning.

Find a route through drop points because these boxes are free and can be used at anytime. Rather scoop them up then leave them for others to benefit. If you want to be 1st also don't leave them for your team mates. Try to memorize which boxes have been picked up when, they will drop again in the same order.

If enemies use the same tactics, don't waste your time and start or find a new game.

You are ready for all maps.

(dont give crystals to this acc if i won give crystals to akshay12345612345<----this acc)

Sorry, this cannot be done. The crystals, if you win, are given to the account of the person participating. If you want, you can copy-paste that again on your actual account with proof that states that you and that account are the same person. :)

Hmm.....I will do the rest of the guide after I win the contest....

Sorry, that's not how this contest works, buddy. You can't assume you will win and an incomplete entry almost guarantees that you will not win.

Hey tankers! I am going to give you advice on a certain map, "Noise".

Sorry, Noise isn't one of the few given maps that are eligible for this contest. You will have to re-do your entry entirely as it is not applicable.

INCOMPLETE... THIS IS NOT EVEN 50% WORK.... ILL DO IT SO PLEASE DONT DELETE THIS POST

A rather impressive entry. Please finish promptly as once your post has been "Liked" by a Wiki Editor, it means that it has been reviewed. We will try to come back to your entry but I recommend finishing quickly. :)

WOAH !!!! THIS GUY BALANTLY COPIED HALLHOUNDPRO's  POST COMPLETELY !!! MODS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!

This was dealt with. If you have complaints, PM a Wiki Editor. His post has been hidden, please keep the "Entries" thread exclusively for entries. We are constantly watching and moderating that topic. ;)

Here is a guide to competing on the map Silence.

Once again, your map is not one of the eligible maps for this contest, refer to the front page for all the information. Your guide was invalid, you must restart and do one of the given maps.

Sandbox CTF

Sandbox was not one of the given maps for this contest. Read the first post again and do your guide on an eligible map. Your entry is invalid.

First of all, you must post your entries in that page and not redirect to any external links. Also, we don't have access to view that document. Please fix ASAP.

Guide to playing in Cross Map to effectively earn kills for super missions

I'm impressed, Riddler, this was actually rather impressive. I actually enjoyed reading it and the pictures were relevant but your guide completely missed the brief of making a guide for tankers to read and learn how to win matches. Your tactics provided weren't bad but you need to restructure your guide so that it focuses on how to thrive in Cross, not how to get kills for Super Missions, as that appeals to only a small audience.

Highways

Entry denied. Highways is not an eligible map. Please restart your guide on a map that is eligible (all maps are on the first post). :)

How i post pictures i took

Please upload your picture to a image hosting site, then cop and paste in the forum.

Check this article on how to do that/

i personally recommend imgur.

BTW, Try downloading ShareX. It's an  screen capture tool, it also uploads your captured screen shots instantly to imgur, so you just have to copy the URL and open it from browser then copy the picture and paste it.
