Are mid ranked players the worst druggers ?

I play a lot of DM matches polygon probably my favourite

i have noticed lately playing in games were i am the highest rank

all the lower ranked players seem to be obsessed with drugging

 

maybe its because higher ranked players like myself are using m3 possibly m4 equipment ?

these guys are maybe m2 equipped and feel maybe they need too drug to compete

 

this morning i played a polygon dm and it was just mayhem

all picking on me because of my rank drugged up

 

needless to say i had to retaliate so ended up drugging most of the game myself

 

i dont know what to suggest?

anyone any ideas ?

 

i know some of you will say i should maybe play higher ranked battles

In Generalissimo battles about half of the players drug non-stop, while the other half uses supplies every now and then.

In battles at your rank there's usually about 3-4 hardcore druggers (In a 20-player map) and the rest are just target practice.

It's "horrible" they drug. But they are the best druggers. The worst druggers are the ones that don't know when to drug - like drugging when they are next to a dropbox that matches what they are drugging with.

Most of the time I see lissimos drugging but if mid rank players start to drug i will also start to drug

I'm only forced to drug because there are always druggers in battles whether being lower ranks trying to win the battle or high ranks being completely unfair with their m4 twins and mammoth. And I get boredd of just playing XP

I hate to drug needlessly. But I have to in Polygon and similar battles. :(

It's mostly the Capt.+ guys who drug a lot MOSTLY as per my experiences.

I made a new acct nov 1. Believe me when I tell you, the druggers are off the wall. Hardly playing at all anymore now.

The battle does just become a drug battle, it actually goes like this (most of the time):

As you experienced yourself, it's a process. Firstly, a drugger joins a normal battle, and starts drugging. Then, another player (probably someone that thinks he is better than the druggar) starts drugging back, to stop the original drugger, and then someone else sees, and drugs back to get a higher position or to maintain his current one, and then someone else starts, and another and another. So you see, it's like a virus, starts with 1 and infects the rest.
Trust me, I've experienced this way too many times :/

I lost my temper a little bit yesterday. I was in a DM battle on highland and there was an M3 thunder dictator using double damage the whole time. I was constantly getting killed in one shot unless I used double armour (then I got killed in two shots). Pretty much made up my mind to get emerald paint. This has happened so much and I'm sick of it. Railguns with double damage are another problem, but at least that takes a while to reload.

I don't even consider thunder as a threat, unless it had rapid reloading

 

Its best not to use lighter hulls against thunders operating on smaller maps, light hulls can get killed easily on lighter maps because there is limited space to escape or maneuver. Rail is more of a threat at spaced out maps and so is smoky & rico

Well, seems like the OP hasn't ever experienced what Generalissimo battles are like. Rank up to Generalissimo, and you'll regret it, unless you have the money to get proper equipment and supplies.

Well since you only play lower ranked battles i guess you havn't seen the higher rankers, they drug more. I would say everyone except a few are druggers. You just think that because you havn't seen any other ranks :)

Sometimes drugging is off the scale. Check out this battle I just came from (note the top scorer on the blue team). He was using double damage and health kits non-stop.
