I'm starting to see a trend here with Generals with M2 smoky/ Hunter and Storm.  :mellow:

And the point of this post is?

 

It's the combo I like, usually in close combat, and haven't spent one dime on crystals. Don't have the $$ to buy my way to max MU's and hulls and paints

How have you not been able to earn enough to buy m3s or good paints?? 

I've spent all I've made on my hull/turret, and my paint of choice, I wasted too much of it on Electra which I never use. I would probably be close to my M3 Hunter if I didn't. But then again no, I would just be close to Mu'ed and still not be able to afford the hull. It's cost all I've made to get this far, only other way I see is to pull out the plastic.

 

I don't like the MU's where you have to upgrade all at once now, before I could have maxed one I think and get a discount on M3 (fairly new player correct me if I'm wrong). Now it's like upgrade the lvls I really don't want and try to make crystals faster or plod along forever.

There needs to be some notice that won't let them join battles till they upgrade to a decent tank.  "You can join this battle till you buy an Mx." This would happen if they have heaps of crystals and poor equipment.
