Why can't I use prntscr (lightshot) website for uploading pic to this forum?

Hello Guys,

Help me I cant use prntscr (lightshot) image hosting site link in this forum for direct picture why is it?

Whenever I upload a image with lightshot this comes for me- http://prntscr.com/9s3lxz.

Please solve this problem ASAP.

It says that because any image that you try to upload must end with the image format,for example .jpg ,.gif ...

Did you just copy paste link, or you did this:

 

1. Copy the link to a previously uploaded image

2. Enter a forum post.

2. Click "Image"

3. Paste the link to the message by pressing

4. Click OK.

Anyway, you can use some other image hosting website, there a lots of them: postimage.org, imageshack.us, tinypic.com

no, i didnt do copy paste i did the other way. but, i have only prntscr downloaded as a software not as a extension in browsers.

Go to http://imgur.com/  and upload pic there after that copy direct link And click on image in forum and paste link there

When you click prnt scr click   Ctrl+S  to save pic then upload that pic in imgur and get link and post to forum like i told up ^

just save the pic to your desktop and upload to imgur after that copy direct link and paste in forum image extension  that what i do

Does Windows not have a built-in screenshot software? Because if not, that would be really annoying and I would be glad I have a Mac that has a built-in screenshot software lol

If you want to use Lightshot and post that picture:

 

1) Select your screenshot and upload it

2) Open the link

3) Right click and copy the image URL (click Copy or Copy URL)

4) Paste the code here using the image post function button

 

Note: If you get this:

Remove the link until you get this:

http://i.imgur.com/mPVrkQt.png

Not sure on lightshot but what I use (and most others) is http://imgur.com/ Just upload img and copy img URL

Not sure if it's been answered, but all you have to do is copy/paste the prntscr link into your URL, go to that website, and then right-click the image and click copy image address. Then, return to the forum, and click in the box where it requests the URL, and hit CTRL+V to paste.
