with server updated problems

 

first having to up load adobe flash 4 times , not sure why system kept getting me to reload it when it was done the first time correct

 

then missions

 

went into DM to kill the remaining what was left over from yesterdays and it was left at 45 kills / 60

 

finished battle and still nothing changed after my 22 kills .. not why it never got added to old kill score

 

also   Оsа  battle was fully lag on other players ..

 

Thursdays issues

 

 

was in a battle to do a mission well , the mission did not register the kills till the end and also if gave me 50 kills when I only did 27 kills in the battle

 

 

 

 

 

 

will up load proof for it later . sorry the past was not correct it was based on crystals earned in battle and not kills

Hi!, today all day long I cannot access to Tanki, The page simply keeps loading forever and never enters..... What is happening? Is there a critical error on servers, or tanki servers are under hacking attacks?... I dont know, but this stuff mades me very anxious... ::(( any one is experimenting same ???

I'm having too many random FPS drops (from 60 to like 38). Even on 4v4 Sandbox XP matches. Before December updates I could play very smoothly with FPS variating around 55~60 FPS. I turned off all processes in the Task Manager that are unimportant and perhaps take too much memory.

 

I have 4GB of RAM (usable 3.10GB) and I see that Tanki just won't use more RAM than it usually does (I think around 1.5GB on an average map while all Graphics settings off.

 

Now I'd like to force Tanki use more RAM. I used Large Address Aware to allow Tanki use more than 2GiB of memory. Nothing much helped (no difference). I checked the CPU-usage and Tanki used only about 28~52% of it and around 1.78GB of the memory (including Lightshot only as an unimportant program which was currently running). I'm not anyhow an IT-pro so please help me if help is available to again run Tanki smoother than today.

If you have any influence, and really wan't to help, please forward this to somebody who could fix this.

 

Real problem is somewhere in network, neither I or tanki could solve it. But, tanki had acceptable behaviour before last ugly update by simply reloading page and re-entering the same game! After this ugly update, tanki change something to worst possible solution - re-enter leads to drop from game!

 

So, maybe, just maybe some of tanki decision maker will notice my posts, and this constant re-enters, and decide to change re-enter to get into same game again(since problem is not on my or tanki side, but tanki have option to fix this on acceptable way). I'm not the only player facing this, but this irritate me and I will not sit and pray for solution.

 

 

And yes, I got new one before few minutes, I was somehere on 3rd-4th place, winning side, drop out in last minute.

They won't notice your posts because they do not check the forum. We do and we report it, so there's no need to keep posting the same thing continuously. If it is something they can fix from Tanki's side, they will get to it. I'd advise you to visit the help site in the mean time and make sure you really tried every possible thing to solve the problem, since many players don't seem to have the issues you're facing.

I've been getting really high ping rates for the past week in tanki. Everything else works just fine. I suspect its the servers that are causing my ping to shoot up. If you guys could forward this to the people in charge of the servers, please do so.

For roughly a week I have been experiencing high ping, at first I thought that the issue was with my internet but after speaking with my internet's technical support I've come to the understanding that's not the case, I asked them if I was getting ddosed but they told me that I wasn't. After a while I found out the problem, the problem was with Tanki Online. I mentioned this to TO's customer service but got no help at all, all I was told was "Try to use a VPN or a proxy server", completely useless. Since Customer Service has been no help at all I decided to complain here. I've hardly been able to play the game at all lately, I can rarely play the game lag free. I'm not the only one experiencing this obnoxious lag, a few people I know have been experiencing the same problem.

Hello! After the server maintenance which came 1 week ago, I have noticed that my ping started being unstable. It happened exactly the next day I logged in after the server restart. My ping before that week was 70-80 all the time. It didn't go up, it didn't go down. It was stable at that rate which is good for people in the United States. Then, When I come online after the restart, I see that my ping is unstable, goes from 200 to 800 every 15-20 seconds. At first I thought this was only me.. So I didn't do anything about it. Then after a couple days, I called my Internet provider and asked them to see into this issue. They asked me if it was the Game servers issue, and I said that I knew it was not. (I asked friends who lived in Russia/United Kingdom) They have assigned an appointment to come and look what could have happened. They came, and found out that it was not my internet connection, but instead it was the servers fault. I asked many of my friends who live in USA and Canada and sure enough I wasn't the only one affected by this lag. I'm hoping that you will do something about this and fix this issue for US/Canada players, or else many players who live from these countries will have to leave this game. It's impossible to play at those rates of ping. And I play XP/BP, so it affects me dramatically. Thanks for the Understanding, Credit

P.S: I tried all the ideas that was giving from help@tankionline.com and didn't help me at all. I even re-installed windows, and still nothing. The problem is clearly not on my side..

Well, I guess the "brilliant" tanki developers must have sneaked another "update" because now it is so slow to even get in to the game to the point of just giving up. I am getting a message saying "you have been removed from battle due to inactivity"! Are you kidding me? I haven't even entered the battle! I just have the bar that never completes! Nice going there! Perhaps you should move the server into a real data center and out of Hazel Rah's garage. Also, please, no more "fixes" since those tend to break the game rather than fix it.  But since the developers do not read these comments, we will never know if our complaints are even passed on to them.
