Haw long does it takes to recive answer from help@tankionline.com

Based from experience I would say: never

Doesn't matter how many times you mail or what topic, unless it involves money that is...

Writing in russian seems to give some percentage of response according to russian players at least...

 

Mailed AlternativaPlatform twice and got reply both times within two workdays...

One question. Did you write your game nick when you were sending message?

to help@tankionline or the Support nick or to AlternativaPlatform?

 

all three is YES anyhow...

even included some babelfish-russian, which didn't help though...

Except for AlternativaPlatform that is, they understood the first english-only mails, the replies were in somewhat broken but understandable english.

Well. May be theme of appeal was not reasonable?

P.S. If there is no reply - that doesn't mean that you have been ignored. We have lot of messages with simillar problems. And we are working on them.

reply was never received, spam-folder regularly checked.

that "Flag cheating" was a bug of some kind as I never even touched the flag during the whole match, I was sniping on Brest like I usually do.

There was however horrible lag from time to time, just before I got kicked of the server with the "Flag cheating" message I got a gray screen for about 10-30s, chat/sound/scoreboard/kills was working normally though.

I was banned for at least a month if I recall correctly, with no response to my multiple communication attempts(mail to help@tankionline.com and pm to "Support") what so ever.

If a reply was sent, it was not sent as a PM nor to my registered e-mail(with which I was even communicating with to help@tankionline.com).

I'd advice you to verify that your mail-queue/server isn't broken/bugged.
