To much complaints....

Guys there is to much complaints about lag,disconnections someone cannot get on his acc....is there any solution to fix this....and btw what do you need to get in Dusseldorf or Iraq map?! (i can get it but i cannot play it....too much lag...)

 

One of solutions is to clear cookies weekly once but still you get disconnected...its solution for less disconnections but not to stop it... :?

Dusseldorf, play when it's smaller amount of players, then it's fine. Iran, get a better computer, the graphics are very advanced.

To me Dusseldorf lags more than Iran

This topic is good, but .. these who making complaint topics are not interested of Search option. They are not interested in anything else, they just need answer to they question, so they make the NEW TOPIC.

Stop being a noob and post only for post count .. more post doesn't mean that you are smart and PRO in this game. How many times you helped players who needed help here? Let me guess - never, right?

As I know, there in v2.0 will be some tips while the game will be loading. So one of them could be info in case you got some error, for e.g.: "If you need any help about the game, contact us - help@tankionline.com"

 

I think it could reduce new topics count about problems/errors and make players more happy about that when they get fast answer (;
