This is quite clearly edited to add in more flips - at least, it's very suspicious - and probably on more than one occasion. I can tell by looking at the reload bar of that Rico, which, funnily enough, judders around a bit. Also, it seems like despite the fact you were holding the spacebar constantly, Rico bullets were not always fired regularly in that video. In my view, record denied...

Yes, there is something very suspicious at 00.10, I have seen over and over again, it just doesn't seem right, even camera change won't behave like that. Until a better video is produced, record will be rejected from me.

Yes, I believe so, you can have most score without killing, and most score without dying, perfectly reasonable records

Unfortunately.. that screen shot is real, amount of drugs is not judged by rank, but by how much he can buy.

True, but that is more of a precaution than a requirement, and in this case it's pretty likely that it's his record. So unless someone claims it to be theirs, record accepted.
