well if you want 4 tear system then go for it cause if your paint only has 3 then that will be what it will be ..

 

i still want someone to answer what will happen on ranking... will we be able to increase to a 4 tear system or would we be stuck at 3  ?? not sure

But we don't know the new limit of a 4 tier paint. All modules must have same % of resistances.

 

Then there will be new 3 modules coming in and all it does to give players headaches.

Yes, and players are "forced" to either buy more or lose out. That's one of the truer reasons for a 50% sale I think.

Lower rank paints probably had the same system as higher rank legacy system. But we do not know the new max % of a 4 tier paint. The new paint system is really unnecessary, honestly. It's like TO losing one tactical aspect of the game. Edited June 3, 2016 by Phoenix.Rising

No, it means you will get a 60% discount on Wasp m3 (50% of 20%).

In the example given in the V-LOG, the Hornet has a permanent 10% discount. In combination with the 50% discount, that is a 55% discount.
