Split the screen

No. That means that 2 players will have the same IP address and that battle will be highlighted with a special color for the game’s moderators. And therefore can be treated as sabotage and power-levelling.

@mserbia, me and my brother were playing on two laptops side-by-side and the battle wasn't colored. Once it was, a spectator joined our battle and we gave proof to him that we were only 1v1'ing. He left with a smiley face :)

^ Are you aware that a single WiFi/Wired connection has one IP Address? It doesn't matter if one computer is connected, or two or more. All have same IP Address.

I don't understand what this has to do with what I previously said or with topic.

If one IP is inevitable as you say, than what's the meaning of this same IP update?

just a question, how can substandard machines even handle 2 games at one time?

Well they can't, that's also the problem with this idea. Most players have problems with one, not to mention two games at the same time at one PC.

That's what I figured as I know my pc can't handle 2 games at once.  Thank you

The only problem is. If you have a split screen for tanki so 2 can play as once. You also need 2 keyboards to be able to play which i dont think 99% of computers can do .now if Tanki had a Xbox or PS application i could see how this could work since with those Consoles you can connect 2+ Controllers and have Split screens

PCs have more USB ports and keyboards can be plugged in there.

That's a helpful feature, but a highlighted battle does not always mean a powerleveling or sabotage. E.g. 2 brothers playing from on IP, each on his own notebook, or school IP's. However you can clearly see, that a 5v1 highlighted battle is very close to power-level.

As for the topic idea itself, it's not so easy, this game is not designed to be played by 2 people on one PC. However things can change :)

When I said it does? I only said that 2 players at 1 PC will have the same IP.

OK, they will have same IP. I don't see any problem. same IP does not mean anything.

Sorry, if I misunderstood ;)

Hey !

Im from Poland and I'm using google tułmacza.

On the Polish forum I had set about to run for the creation of music at the end of battles.

I issue this topic here because Polish forum speaker is not interested.
