Serious problem with tech support.

i wanted to test work of help@Tankionline.com and turned out its bad quality.
I used tor browser so they cant track my IP and for that reason, it turned out im not the real owner of that account. Realy??? Im not the owner of DageLV?? :D All other questions is just a joke. So if you want to get your acc back, send them only ip and thats all what they need to decide if its yours. Why i tested this? Well i cant get back my acc masterboo, i cant unblck Rokosovski45 and i cant get back one of my first accounts what have nothing on them.

Like... are you kidding me? I have multiple people what can agree its correct. I bought 400 000 crys day before sending this info to them and i spent most of crystals in the same day...
 
If someone from tech support is reading this, please fix it.
So anyone have better idea than support to get my masterboo account back? I lost it 5 years ago.

Well then you dont know much about tor. In northen korea or another side of korea where is king, they dont know anything what happens outside, What they do? They use tor and deepwebs to search for news happening in the world. Not all deep webs are full of psychos you know? But i wont recomend deep web thats for sure.+ if its illegal, why its so easy to downlad thru google?

As marc mentioned, the Tor project is an "illegal" browser. It is a full proxy, completely changing your IP address EVERY TIME you log on to it. This means recovering your account is impossible, there is no concrete way to identify which IP is your IP. So it is not TO tech support, it is just Tor now being a good browser to have a locatable IP address.

i was trying to understood why i wasnt able to get my account Masterboo back and i did a testing with DageLV.

Firstly, if the IP address on your account, the IP you had last time you logged in, doesn't match with the IP address(of a proxy connection) you provide and both the IPs have quite a difference then it quite obviously means that the account doesn't belong to you. 

 

Secondly, the reason for the IP change wasn't provided; you didn't specify that why is there an IP difference for your account. The plan is obviously not to state the exact reason since you were testing their work, but instead simply state a convincing reason which would make sense; "am on vacation in France". That changes everything and the help desk will take different measures accordingly.

 

Lastly, your suggesting of "IP only" is utterly useless and ineffective. Only an account's owner knows the date of his last purchase in the game, the last item he bought, the time he registered into the game etc. If the "only IP" rule is to be implemented, anyone can change their IP and potentially steal the account as help desk would have nothing other than the identical IPs on the account to support their decision.

ok Dark for some players including myself ..i have account's that i have had from day  one.. but lost email.. and they still refuse to change my name..

 

besides that tanki on line customer services is a J.... to me due to i have sent in all the info on the first posting and then they turn around and ask for all the same info for what the problem is or just to change account name.. i find it and others get more of a run around with help from them .. they claim they don't understand what we want or the info we provide for them is not good enough when you can send in mega info and then we also get a post saying please provide all the info listed here for changing account.. they make u give up after so many post send to them that its no use after a wail of sending.. and even if you get mad they turn around and close your file .. so where are we left out in the dark with no help..

This is ignorant and fool hardy, and spreads lies, a TOR client is perfectly legal, completely fair game, and frankly, a good idea for everyone, though using flash on a TOR browser really defeats the purpose.

Everything else was correct.

Well i bought 400 000 crys worth 49.99 euros at 22 june 8:XX AM i bought firewall kit and after 2 minutes i bought vulcan m2. In the next day sending them e-mail i bought railgun but i typed last time online i was june 22.

Lucky you! you need only to change account but i need to get unblock for Rokosovski45 (Generalissimo) and MasterBOO (One of first accounts)

Firstly, this is partially true. I don't know about other countries, but here in Australia, TOR is an illegal browser. You ask me how I know? Well, at my school, a kid tried to bypass the proxies with TOR, he used it and it broke his USB. He handed it in to the Tech Guys to fix it and they realised TOR did that. Then they told him that TOR is an illegal browser and he had to get a signed note from home. I believe that in America (and other European countries), it isn't illegal but is mainly used for criminals to do illegal things and remain anonymous.
