 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello people!

You may know that I am/was a YouTuber of Tanki Online!
To upload great Quality videos, I need a Great Edit / Gaming Laptop.
Right now I have many Game/Edit issues due to my Bad Laptop!

So the Question here is:

What is the Perfect Game / Edit Laptop for Tanki Online/ Tanki X?
I want to have 60 FPS with ALL graphics on + I want to be able to have much space on my Laptop for video Files!

I am willing to spend 1100 Euro on it!

My Goals for the future:

1: Have 60 FPS videos
2: Have a great amount of Subs and Views
3: Be able to easily edit videos / Pictures on it

If anyone is willing to help me, Thanks! - AA

I am not familiar with laptop brands. However, with a 1200$ budget, you can get an AMAZING desktop that will not only run TX at 60 FPS, would be able to run triple A titles at max settings with comfortable FPS. Moreover, editing wise, it would be incredibly fast. Not to mention you'll be able to customize it as you wish.

Buy any good gaming PC for around £800-£1000

And then buy Elgato game capture card so you can record with full settings and no lag

You can also buy sony vegas editing software, idk wich one, with the left over cash

Good luck

Tanki is not your future then :(

Better be playing big games with better chances of getting viewed than an mmo which won't last long (considering the downhill of tanki)

Also better use a desktop PC than laptop (custom build preferred). It would be idiotic for paying more price for a brand laptop at which you can get 2x better performance and efficiency for the same price.

As lordmostafa said, laptops are not supposed to be "gamer PCs" or render such videos. Video editing softwares (VegasPro, Premiere) don't use as much your computer as a Blender, but they can easily heat-up your laptop. (Temperature manipulation)

I suggest that you should NOT ask for tips on a forum, but contact a computer technician and describe your expectations.

You are interested in which computer is suitable directly for TO and TX. I don't think that you have to choose your computer based on their Flash player and Unity "compatibility". Just focus on the ability to render videos.

From the perspective of Flash and Unity, your technician would have some tips too.

Flash Player likes owning your RAM. So when you play, make sure that you closed every non-used application, and stopped every process (Java-updater etc.)

To keep up your computer's quality...well I don't recommend such anti-virus softwares etc. Just use an AdBlocker and don't be stupid. If you got a virus like thing, just reinstall your Windows. Store your data (video files, safe programs, everything) on a different partition (see: technician) and the reinstall won't take so long time. (I reinstall my laptop each year)

Also, see "screen recording hardwares" https://www.epiphan.com/ (NO AD)

P.S.: You can search viruses in Windows' task manager "Processes" tab.

Search through PCPartPicker builds and you can find some pretty good ones for 1.1K euro

Or even make your own build. If you don't have the peripherals like keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers, that is an additional cost of at least 175-200€..

With 1200 Euro, can I make an insane desktop which can easily handle 60FPS in any map while I'm recording with Action Mirrilis?

BTW I NEED 16-32 GB Ram for editing

If you're going for a desktop, then yes, easily. 16GB of RAM should be enough, especially if you're using the newer DDR4 memory.
