I understand the side affects of adding supply or crystals or something to gifts as one will send from different acc to one. If it's about gold box he must buy it. Why rather not buy in other account than sending? Other gifts don't please friends but this will. ( can be send to warrant officer and above)

if this works , I would like it as you only need to send it to them with there account name , if the account name is wrong well that's the players bad luck for not getting the correct name . ( so there might be a little headache on this making sure its correct accounts )

If you like to become a very good developer, you might like to check the working environment first. Like here in Tanki, you should read the game rules. Transfer of in-game goods (aka crystals) from one account to another is not allowed and not desired (by Tanki :p)

I think it's already possible to buy crystals for other players using SMS, but I like the idea of having a special in-game option dedicated to this, as well as being able to send messages along with your gift.

What do you mean? The system is perfectly safe, as even if you had someone's account information, you would still have to fill out the purchase details :P.

If somebody gifts me hornet m3, i will lose my hornet m2 forever, and have to use a weaker hull in xp/bp battles, which I may not want.

Actually both M3s have more HP, but Hornet M2 gains a 24% Railgun Protection module, hence why it is more often 3 hit than not.

 

But since it is slower, lighter, has less acceleration and a lower turning speed than Hornet M3, I think Hornet M3 is definitely better.
