Well that depends.

 

The best system would be, if the promo code get's delivered to your account (as the buyer selected the name of the tanker that should receive it), and it keeps stored in your garage. You can chppse when to use it.

 

Think of this scenarios:

1) you get a promo code for 30.000 crystals. This one can become active right away, as it does not matter how many crystals are deposited on your account

2) you get a promo code for -30% on a single purchase in the garage, and currently is a sale. So you would like to make your purchase during the sale without using the promo code, then save more crystals over time and use the promoi code later, after the sale is over and you have enough crystals to buy something else for 30% off by using the promo code.

 

So based on what they give away, they either need a system to store the codes for later, or use them right away.

The solution to enter the code yourself solves both scenarios from above (1. and 2.), but it also allows you to resell the code to someone else for real money - which Tanki does not like to happen easily.

My idea is all about sending some crystals and other Shop Items to the poor friends who cannot Buy Crystals in Tanki or They don't have a Bank Account.

 

Function:

There should be an Option during the process of buying any Item from Shop that "Whether you want to make direct Purchases OR you want to Buy it through a "Promo Code"". So, if a player select to buy something from the Shop through code, then after the whole transaction, he will receive a "Promo Code" which will trigger that Purchase to happen in the same account in which the Code is Entered. by this way, you have 2 options.

1. you can use it anytime for yourself [ Go to "Promo Codes" section and use your code for yourself just like we drop our own Golds for ourselves"

 

OR

 

2. you can give that "Promo Code" to anyone of your friend to cash it in his own account to get the pack and get the Purchased Crystals, Premium, Golds, Kits or Paint that was purchased by the other user before.
 

 

 

Advantages to Players:
1. More people can have Kits and other Shop Items without using Bank account.
2. Most players i.e friends or cousins can archive their dreams to have same Turrent, Same Hull, Same Protection, Same Paint at the very same time to enjoy battles. (even if some players couldn't afford)

 

3. Advantages to Tankionline:
1. You can increase a huge ratio in your Shop Sales.
2. Your Game economy must be affected Positively.
3. You can make the "Promo Codes" really famous this way, people are really confused about the "Promo Codes" issue.

 

 

 

TIP: by implementing this update, you should increase the number of KEY-WORDS of the "Promo Code" from 25 to 100 or more to make it more secured and to avoid scammers from using and trying fake codes.

Yep i like this editing 

so anytime you want to give your friends or your fans ( or the giveaway winners ) their reward you will give them promo code 

and i like this idea bellow because some players who do the giveaway are scammers

- Go to the Shop and press purchase, write down the message, amount...
- Purchase it.
- When player leaves the battle / comes online he recieves the 'gift' just like all others and on pressing 'Open', it sends the player to the special section in the Garage.
- Player can now see the code and use it.

Buyer of that promo code cannot see the code.

My idea is that when someone buy 1 gold

lets suppose,

Me and Alex

Alex want to buy me a gold

but i am not allowed to give my account to someone

as i read tanki rules!!

so Alex will buy 1 gold in his account and then their should be a option rather we have to turn it into a promo code or we have to send a gift to somebody or we want the 1 gold in Alex account

if this Idea works

then people can do giveaways for their youtube videos

and also send others a gift

There is a problem.

When you buy with a gift card, the gift card still has all the original money on it. Tanki will no longer recognize it. But if you swap it out at a store for another one, you can continue to buy, buy, buy.

Eventually, it will catch up to you, and your account will get banned because Paygarden's books don't add up. (My little brother tried this on a low-ranked account)

But you could make cheated purchases go to another account, and when the purchasing account is banned, you don't give a darn.

This could be largely stopped by setting a rank limit for these sorts of gifts, say, WO 1. But still.

This idea is unique, well thought-out and very popular. I keep ideas like that as separate topics. The Ideas for shop and payments is more for things like "Please add this unknown payment method that no one would use except for me".
