Decided to test Ricochet's Minus Field Stabilization alteration on the test server and it's insanely good.

I have talked a lot about that alteration in some other topics and I will say it again, it will only make your Rico better, same for Twins but as we all know after a short period of time, they released that update which ruined Twins because of the splash damage so I was wondering if they would do the same to Rico but they didn't! Thank goodness, I mean it might get annoying sometimes when playing dodge your projectiles so with this alteration, it is game over and distance doesn't matter or at least as much as it did without the alteration.

No, the update was not to ruin twins, it's purpose is to make you all bow down to me.

I will ask a very stupid question, but i hope this is possible :)

If u have m1 alteration for some turret, can u continue using that m1 alteration for m2 turret when u buy it? :D

Becouse it seems to me that shaft m1 with alteration is maybe better then m2 shaft (with or without its m2 alteration). And its not worth buying

Yes definitely. You will keep your alteration if you buy a higher modification level of a gun and you can equip it, when ever you want to.

Of course you can because if it wasn't true, i wouldn't be able to use my STP alt for my m2 twins :D

I rented the High Capacity Drum alteration on another account and let me tell you, it is probably better if you use this alteration in solo DM, if you use a light hull with this, you can rack up quite a few kills in a matter of seconds.

 

It is also really useful in parkour because it adds 2 more shots to the clip.

I rented the High Capacity Drum alteration on another account and let me tell you, it is probably better if you use this alteration in solo DM, if you use a light hull with this, you can rack up quite a few kills in a matter of seconds.

 

It is also really useful in parkour because it adds 2 more shots to the clip.

Then, isn't the slower time per shot and per clip annoying? :unsure:

^ per shot, not really as it's only a 10% increase in reload time, while per clip, yes, but you probably might have gotten quite a lot of kills from those five shots. And in parkour, it helps for when multiple people use you as a ramp at the same time.

Because of the prices and the fact that alterations only offer tradeoffs (and not only advantages) in general it makes more sense to only think about alterations that are one modification level lower than the modification level of your gun. So if you are interested in an M1 alteration, then get the M2 gun at first and for an M2 alteration, get the M3 gun. There are exceptions to it tho, if an alterations is extraordinary strong or when it changes the playing style pretty much, i.e. rail's high caliber ammo.
