Hi,

 

So there is currently an option to disable equipment change in pro battles. It is also possible to see the equipment a player currently has equipped via profile. These become mutually counter-intuitive when one team starts winning, the losers start leaving and any replacement players have the option of choosing the best counter equipment.

 

Something needs to give. How about making it so that when a player is in that kind of battle, his profile does not load?

Impossible to implement. I don't know if anyone actually bothers to check profiles before entering, but even if a direct link to the players' profiles were disabled, anyone can just copy their name and write it in the profile search bar.

The best way to know if this happens - is by experience. My experience with majority of such battles led to this suggestion.

Impossible unless they shutdown the profiles feature as a whole. There's always ways to go around access limitation, for example, simply using an alternate account to view profiles.

Actually, I guess they can make it so that a player's profile simply doesn't load for anyone at all, when the player is in such a battle, so if you edit your idea to describe that, I'll change the status.

Can we please have a look at removing the profile preview. A lot of clans preview profiles and equip themselves and come in and take over battles, which is an unfair advantage on the clan currently in game. Thanks!

Showing current tank is unnecessary, it should show any combination of the equipment you have and use.

It's now possible to hide one's profile by going to the Settings option of the game Lobby.

Also, since the transfer from Flash to HTML5, you can't really see what a player has currently equipped in general because of the Flash plugin restriction.

Furthermore, with introduction of MM, you don't know what enemy team you will face, let alone able to watch their profile.
