Australia is on the "bottom" of the globe, so Australians always live "upside down" because that's the right way up for them. So when they come to Europe they are still upside-down because that's what they're used to.

Say, Hunter-Railgun with Death Herald Compulsator alteration? 

Could also have been Titan or Mammoth but the other ones are quite usual combos like XP/BP and Viking/Dictator-Rail.
