The upgrade is very important still. Big advantage with reload, m2 rail VS m3 rail. And m2 wasp with forester can be 1 shot by m3 rail :v

When I 1v1 my friend slycleaversmart in a format XP/BP no supplies battle I can sometimes 1 shot him if he uses forester, unfortunately he bought fracture in the paint sale :(
