Interesting concept.
Probably not crystal rewards though, as that could be easily abused to get free income. Perhaps something like "upvotes" on your game profile?

That can be a solution too. As for crystal rewards, each person can reward a fraction of their crystals earned. So the total crystal reward wouldn't be more than say, 20% of the battle fund.

So if I finish first, my votes will count more than people lower on the table? Couldn't I just vote for myself and give myself whatever the reward is (profile recognition, crystals, whatever)?

As u cannot like/upvote ur own post similarly u cannot vote urself.

Pretty fair imo

Great and unique idea! :) This will help to reward people who are always looking out for the team by escorting them, flipping and/or blocking enemies, etc. 

 

My proposals for adjustments would go something like this: Every person with score above 100 gets an upvote and a downvote. The downvote could be sent to mults, cheaters, saboteurs, people who block you, insulting users, whatever.  For every upvote, 5% increase in battle fund, and for every downvote, 2% decrease in your payout, which gets distributed among the rest.  However, the "votes" tally up, and you can cash the upvotes in for in-game gifts (to be sent to others, not ones YOU receive) as well. 

 

I don't think the information for how many upvotes and downvotes a user receives should be shown anywhere. It could start unpleasant things. ;)

I saw this in a 1st person shooter (a croatian one, was nice btw ;)). There each player had a single upvote after the battle ended, and could either upvote a player of his team or maybe as well a player of the other team.

 

I like the idea, but I that most players would just upvote their friends or the scoreboard leader.

 

I do like the idea of giving some crystals of the fund to other participants.. but the abuse potential is large. You mult for us in critical situations, we all give you 5%, you end up with 5x5% = 25%, which is almost more then you would get in that loosing team anyways.

Maybe limit upvotes so that you can only give to your teammates.

They can still abuse it. Creating a battle with 20 friends and up vote each other. So they can show of to other people.

Yeah, that's not abuse. "Showing off" isn't a gameplay advantage, so they are free to spend days getting themselves a million upvotes for all I care. It doesn't matter.

What about player of the game? there will be always a player of the game in the end of the match. You also will be abble to see a short clip of his best moments in the match

The OW POTG system? (play of the game)

That works around large ultimate kills or large but short killchains.

Maybe after the new ODs are implemented this could translate over e.g. A hunter neutralises 3 enemies' drugs gets POTG.

However, this will be seen as "too much work and complication" for a relatively useless feature, so it is realistically not gonna happen

 

I would still want it to though :P

Player Of The Match. Add this feature. POTM will be the player with biggest score no matter which team won.

Only non-PRO battles ( when ended - 80% + of battle filled ). POTM would get a bronze medal which will stay by his name in next game. If he gets POTM again, he will get silver medal by name, win again - gold medal will be by his name in next game. You should add achievements with some requests of amount of medals needed to be earned. Wouldnt this just be cool? B)

Guys, no cry reward. This is an AMAZING IDEA, but the cry... I mean this dude could just make a PRO battle with all his friends where they let him be MVP. I think it should be an achievment... e.g. Get MVP 10 times in a non-PRO battle all the way to get MVP 1000 times in a non-PRO battle... And I think the play of the game would be GREAT!!!!!!!

Nah... 100 is too easy... should be at least 200, maybe 250, that way trollers don't have a chance, and for the noobs out there it can be like a motivation
