ISSUE using client. With a Brizilian Account (Read for details its simple really)

I used to play  brizilian BC of a school filter - but in 2015 i went to the english on my home computer. Anyhow, I can't seem to login (yes I choose the Brizilian Flag thingy when i load it) on the client - but i can login fine on the browser. I know the password and username info is correct but it won't let me in. And obviously I can't read the language or I would report this under the brizilian version. Basically what I am asking is why is this happening how can i fix it? Because, the client is much better than chrome - Graphics, FPS and ping.

Have you tried re-installing the client?

If not, follow the instructions below. 

 

1.Uninstall the game client.

 

2.Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline

 

3.Delete "Local Store" folder. 

 

4.Re-install the game client.

 

Make your that yout internet is fast enough.

For example if you put your password " apple " using a brazil keyboard, typing the same word with an English keybord won't be the same. I actually tried that.. putting my password in brazil servers.

You downloaded the client from the English homepage? If yes, that means you're logging in to the Russian/International servers. Just everything will be displayed in Brazilian. You won't actually join the Brazilian servers like that.
I think if you download the client from the Brazilian homepage, it will work.

EN-RU-DE-PL and BR-ES are serperated clusters. You cant login.
