Paygarden is a scam?

Okay, so at the start of the month (Jan 4th to be exact) , I purchased the smaller x-mas bundle using Paygarden .Not long after this, Paygarden disabled my card (which still had money on).

I assumed that since the payment had already been made, I would be able to keep the bundle.

Unfortunately , 24 days later, my account was permanently suspended for "fraud attempts" (apparently Paygarden had cancelled my order).I contacted support and was unbanned in three days (24h support is also a scam ).However,my x-mas bundle was removed and I never received any money back - meaning I have lost 12$.

I discussed this issue with some "randoms" over skype and it appears that the same thing has happened to them.

 

So yeah, i wouldn't recommend buying on TO using Paygarden as it will only result in you losing your $$$$$$$$.

I have same issue. I bought Predator kit (15 bucks) and I still have the order confirmation email. A week later my account was banned for fraud. They unlocked it after a support ticket, but I didn't get the predator kit back. Lost 15 bucks (bought with best buy gift card which is what they recommend using). Contacted paygarden support, sent in 4 tickets since my order was cancelled, and they still haven't replied yet. Filled out an application for failed purchase form and THEY haven't done a crap either, just telling me to contact paygarden (which I have already done 4 times).

 

So IDK why everyone just re-directs forum "nups" to centuries-old topics that don't have any clear answers because I was cheated out of my 15 bucks and this nice fellow above got cheated out of his 12 bucks, I want some god damn answers or else paygarden is a big-ass scam and ought to be removed as a purchase option for tanki purchases.

I think this is the giftcard thing right or is this the other one, anyhow, It took the entire $15 when i only wanted to purchase the $9.99 there was no option to just go with that it automatically told me it would take it all - And for time sake i didn't know how to get around it

 

So ended up with 22k cry for $15 instead of 19k cry for $9.99 (it was like 14k plus 5k free or something) I don't spend on this game very often , because i find it pointless but this is def annoying being scammed.

Hi,

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with PayGarden.

 

As I explained in another thread, you'll have to speak with PayGarden about this and ask them why your payment was cancelled.

 

We use PayGarden as a payment service provider, which means, you pay PayGarden, they forward us the payment and details (after taking their cut obviously) and then we forward you the items. The payment cancellation was on their end, so you'll need to discuss this with them.

 

However, I'll also speak with our payments manager to see what she can find out.

Tsk tsk . But get why it seems like everyone except me has a problem with Paygarden . I used it with a Walmart gift card and it worked fine

Doesn't take the amount you selcted takes the whole darn thing

If they feel they are being cheated in anyway, they have the right to remove any reward you recieved unfairly in their eyes. It isn't noobness, it is a business, like all business, need to make sure their transactions go smoothly and to plan.

Well technically it's their job as the seller to be making sure that there ARE  no problems with the payment systems (as there obviously is as it's not just a one off...).

I was already leery of PayGarden because of the way they eat the entire gift card amount. Reading this... nail in the coffin for me. I'll stick with PaySafeCard. It's simple and it works (assuming you can find a retailer).

Obviously you guys didn't read the agreement plan when using the system did you? There was an explicit warning saying that YOU SWORE not to use the gift card after the purchase and that you would destroy the physical card after the use of the card. I used Paygarden to buy Matrix and I didn't have these issues. Why? Because I listened to the warning and didn't use the gift card afterwards, and threw it away after cutting it to bits.

You're just automatically making an assumption which could be correct, but could also equally be invalid. You're bringing your advice (or whatever it is, I haven't really worked that out) across in a very arrogant and aggressive manner.

 

Please try to keep your tone respectful at all times.
