Why? Because they contribute their 'time' on helping this game get ''better''.

We already had this idea before. You can find my answer in the previous topic, but in one sentence: your reward is the fact that developers saw your idea and implemented it. Your motivation for posting ideas should be the desire to improve the game, not a possibility of getting a reward.
