Choosing What you Buy If High Rank (modification) M0 M1 M2 Etc

Recommended Posts

I would Like To See This Happen

At Higher ranks You Can Only Get M2 Weapons Which Cost A lot Of Crystals

And What happens If You don't have Enough For Some New Weapon or New Item At that Time

I would Like To Able to Pick Which Modification To Buy

Please Like If You Agree

You can only buy the highest available modification because lower ones are ineffective at battles on your rank. This allows you to save crystals by not being able to buy useless, weak items.

And per the rules this idea would be in violation:

*Paraphrasing*

Intentionally using Low rank equiptment is prohibited.

(Curious about the full rule? See Game Rules )

Magnum m1 is more powerful than my thunder m3 and it means your reason for decline is invalid.

I very much doubt that. This is probably just because of the Magnum M1 you came across used his turret more effectively than you used your Thunder. Also, it's a new turret so not only is it likely to get nerfed, but also very few people have protection from it, whereas Thunder protection is second-most popular, after Railgun.

Or i was just a good boi and checked before stating my facts.

Also not many people use magnum so i doubt it might be nerfed any time soon.

By that logic Shaft M0 is 8 times better than Twins M3. You know raw damage per shot isn't the only thing that determines how powerful a gun is? In case of Magnum difficulty in aiming and self-damage due to splash are massive factors that counter its massive damage.

I'd like if I had M0 Wasp, it costs only 100 crys... With weak items that I might want I am not going to fight, but I see a good use in different things like in Parkour, low HP where it is needed (like when someone wants to beat record, killin'z 39 Waspz in one rail'z shoot  ). I don't see a waste if it's the player's decision to buy it. I'd like to have a freedom if I want to buy it M0, M1 or M2 right now.

:D Then its whole different class dude.

Thunder and mgnum are both for mid combat and suffer in close/far range.

The only difference between thunder and magnum is that magnum turns its barrel not the whole turret.

There's no way that's the "only difference". You're missing the massive aspect of ballistic trajectory of the shots. With Thunder you point at an enemy in front of you, you press space and instantly deal damage to them and anyone next to them. With magnum you have to guess the right power AND trajectory, not to mention that the reload time is double that of Thunder.

The only reason why Thunder seems weaker now is because there's more players with protections from it.

True that^^^

I like the fact that I can now get M2 Fire without having to spend 7300 crys or whatever it is on M1.

And yeah, Maf, I agree with the Thunder statement. It's what I'm using right now  :)

Not everyone needs fast reloading but huge damage per shot.

You can aim 1 degree and full power to play like with any other turret.

Previously when everyone didnt owned 50% protection from thunder i used it for parkour/attacking purpose. Now i use magnum.

For someone like me reloading is not important cause i wanna kill my target quickly so noone sees me killing him and dont come after me and magnum is perfect for this job. When i get your flag and you run fter me with your isida/mammy combo and i shoot stright upwards. What you are going to do? Will you keep on moving? Then i could kill you. Will you stop and wait till it falls? How hight up i shot? Will you drive around that area? Well then you will be too slow to catch me anyways.

You should have the option to use lower modification equipment, to make things fair if your fighting  lower rank players. ( of course, im just saying this because i hate it when m2 Rails beat up poor m0 me.)

This idea has been requested so many times, but the answer is always 'No.' It is actually frustrating me. Imagine you are say... a Marshal saving up for a good kit or whatever. But then the Magnum turret gets released and you want to try it. Why the hell would one spend 216K just to try it out. Honestly, just make an option for us to either buy the M0. M1, M2, M3... because people don't want to spend a crap ton of money just to test it out.

The issue I am currently facing is with Ricochet. I want to buy Ricochet to see how it works in Space Mode, but I have to spend quite a lot of crystals to get the M1. I would be fine with an M0. I don't need to have the "turret that is the least weakest" because all I want is actual turret, not some expensive turret that I will barely play with.

It's not as if this will take long. All you have to do is give tankers the privilege to select what M they want. If they choose M1 but later realise they want M2... that's their fault. Being forced to spend all their hard-earnt crystals only to waste it on a test turret isn't.

If you want to try it out, just create a new account and buy M0. The game gives you enough resources to upgrade one tank combo until you reach legend (at which point you can safely start gradually buying a full garage), but if you want more, then you're gonna have to invest real money, or at least wait for a decent sale.
