lol what are you talking, damage was 1900 - 2330, you forgot quickly because u don't care anymore about magnum. If it was one shooting you in MM u would have know.

Unfortunately, yes. If you're aware of how props interact on client vs on the server, Magnum now deals damage 100% of the time, and is back to being broken instead of held down by a bug.

They should nerf gauss even more. It ability to snipe and arcade shoot is too op. With EMP and AP it is whole another level. Too OP.

Shaft with heavy capacitors, 4 seconds too give full damage . I mean wtf. Nerf that camp bot s*** to the 6 sec or even more. No one wants to be one shotted by camper shaft losers. 

And last one , smoky autocannon mobile users. Critical that ignores protection. I mean seriously? Auto shooting + critical that is too op. 

Easy way to fix that. Nerf critical damage of smoky autocannon for 50%.

I'm not denying that Gauss, Shaft, and Autocannon are problematic, but talk about the pot calling the kettle black...

The sniping damage is fine though the locking time should be increased to 3 seconds. Splash damage too, needs a nerf. IDK about its arcade shot soooo... I might not touch that.

As a Hornet-Shaft main, I do agree Alternativa overbuffed it. Reverting it back to 6 seconds good enough to make it possible for dynamic gameplay. 8 seconds was the definition for camping.

Judging the buff, I think Alternativa want to encourage dynamic gameplay for Shafts though it did not solve the issue.

Lol broken? Hahaha, IT IS BROKENLY WEAK, ( it is only broken on mobile, noobs can't play with magnum on pc, coz it requires skill) .Dude I was one shotting titan ( heavy tanks ) without double armor with magnum mk7-10  with double damage and one shotting light tank users with double armour ( players without magnum protection module ), but now with max mk8 magnum it is always 1745. I mean why??? Before i delt 2000+ or 4000+ damage with double damage, but now it is only 1745 or 3490 with double damage ( 3490 damage with double damage if player didn't equip prot and double armour). Too weak. Literally every light weight users repairs themselves so I have to shot them 3 times or even more if they have magnum prot which is maxed 50% prot on every legend player .

Because you can deal that 1.7k damage easily in close range. Plus the reload speed buff = armies of Griffins.

But on close range u will self damage yourself a lot, plus you won't kill anyone, including light tanks, they will survive.

Only way to deal with griffin users is to use booster.

I provided evidence as for why Magnum never would consistently do 2k+ damage per shot. Evidently, you aren't listening.

It seems like you magnum players are looking for things to complain about now that the no damage bug is fixed.

 

You really are not convincing me of anything except that your memory is seriously flawed - the Mandela effect/rose tinted glasses are real, I guess.

You just described your problem. I will tell you one more time, magnum could one shot light hulls and heavy hulls without double armour.

It could, rarely. I will tell you one more time, it did not consistently do that, and given the existence of the bell curve used by damage distribution, it only happened maybe 5-10% of the time.

This really is not making my perception of magnum players any better.

Edit: while I'm at it, things in your argument that make no sense:

You make the claim that "mobile magnum takes no skill" - and yet you play Harpoon.

You accuse @TheCongoSpider of statpadding, when you claim that your turret needs to be able to oneshot light hulls/unprotected heavies - a feat it rarely pulled off prior to the critical update.

You also use booster. Talk about statpadding, huh.

okey i got u, but that 5 - 10% atleast gave me some possibility to one shot, u know. Also I use harpoon magnum 3°, so just wanted to tell you that I am not camper like other magnums with automated and mines. I play actively and die on field.

It has huge decreas on splash, so yes, it requires skill

+No critical damage at all

Harpoon still has crits. Also, harpoon makes it braindead to land direct hits ?‍♀️

And it also had the chance to not oneshot unprotectrd medium hulls, or 2 shot ones with DA. But that chance was wayy bigger.
